 WATER HAMMER ARRESTORS FOR THE DISHWASHER AND ICE MAKER
 LINES- SECTION P2903.5 FBC RES.
  
 2) P1 NOTES: PLACE A NOTE TO INDICATE THE WATER SUPPLY
 TO THE DISHWASHER SHALL BE PROTECTED AGAINST BACKFLOW
 BY AN AIR GAP OR BACKFLOW PREVENTER- SECTION P2717 FBC
 RES.
  
 3) P1 NOTES: BECAUSE THERE ARE TWO SEPARATE DWELLINGS
 TO BE CONSTRUCTED ON THE SAME LOT, PLEASE BE ADVISED
 THAT INSTALLATION OF AN RPZ- TYPE BACKFLOW PREVENTER
 WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE WATER SERVICE PER THE CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH CROSS CONNECTION MANUAL.
  
 4) P1: PROVIDE EQUIPMENT SCHEDULES FOR THE WATER
 HEATERS IN THE MAIN HOUSE AND ACCESSORY BUILDING.
 SUBMIT MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS AND PROVIDE ENERGY
 COMPLIANCE DATA FOR THE UNITS IN THE ENERGY COMPLIANCE
 REPORT- SEE SECTION C404.2 FBC EC. PLEASE NOTE THE
 ORIGINAL ENERGY CALCULATION REPORT WAS NOT RESUBMITTED
 WITH THE REVISED PLANS.
  
 5) A2: PROVIDE A STORM DRAINAGE ISOMETRIC DRAWING
 SHOWING PIPE SIZES, PIPE RUNS, VERTICAL TO HORIZONTAL
 CONNECTIONS, DISCHARGE LOCATIONS, AND LOCATIONS OF
 REQUIRED CLEANOUTS- SECTIONS 1106.2 & 1108.4 FBC P.
  
 6) A1 & A2: PROVIDE A SUBMITTAL FOR THE SPRAY FOAM
 INSULATION THAT WILL BE APPLIED TO THE STORM DRAIN
 LEADERS AND PIPES- SECTION 107.2.1 WPB.
  
 7) A2: MODIFY KEYNOTE #2 TO INDICATE THE SCUPPER
 OPENING SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 2" ABOVE THE ROOF
 SURFACE- SECTION 1503.4.2.1 DFBC B. PLEASE PROVIDE A
 SCUPPER DETAIL ON THE PLAN.
  
 8) A2: PLACE A NOTE TO INDICATE COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION
 1101.7: ROOFS SHALL BE DESIGNED FOR THE MAXIMUM
 POSSIBLE DEPTH OF WATER THAT WILL POND THEREON AS
 DETERMINED BY THE RELATIVE LEVELS OF ROOF DECK AND
 OVERFLOW WEIRS, SCUPPERS, EDGES OR SERVICEABLE DRAINS
 IN COMBINATION WITH THE DEFLECTED STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS.
 IN DETERMINING THE MAXIMUM POSSIBLE DEPTH OF WATER, ALL
 PRIMARY ROOF DRAINAGE MEANS SHALL BE ASSUMED TO BE
 BLOCKED. THE MAXIMUM POSSIBLE DEPTH OF WATER ON THE
 ROOF SHALL INCLUDE THE HEIGHT OF THE WATER REQUIRED
 ABOVE THE INLET OF THE SECONDARY ROOF DRAINAGE MEANS TO
 ACHIEVE THE REQUIRED FLOW RATE OF THE SECONDARY
 DRAINAGE MEANS TO ACCOMMODATE THE DESIGN RAINFALL RATE
 AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 1106.
  
 9) A0 & A2: PLACE A NOTE TO INDICATE THAT ENGINEERING
 CERTIFICATION OF THE EXFILTRATION TRENCH WILL BE
 PROVIDED AS A CONTINGENCY OF RECEIVING A FINAL CO FOR
 THE BUILDING- SECTION 107.6 & 111.2 WPB.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
 RE-SUBMITTAL FORM.
