 1. SUBMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPING PERMIT. A LANDSCAPING
 PERMIT MUST BE SUBMITTED (NOT APPROVED) PRIOR TO
 RECEIVING HISTORIC/ZONING APPROVAL.
 2. A SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR: FENCE/WALL,
 AWNINGS, SIGNS, PARKING LOT, GENERATOR,
 MECHANICAL/AC/POOL EQUIPMENT, DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE,
 IRRIGATION, LANDSCAPE, AND DRIVEWAY. PLEASE CONFIRM
 THAT THIS IS UNDERSTOOD.
 3. PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR ROOFING AND FRONT
 DOOR. INCLUDE COLOR OF FRONT DOOR.
 4. REVISE THE WINDOW AND DOOR SCHEDULE TO ILLUSTRATE
 GLASS GLAZING AND FRAME COLOR. ALL GLASS SHALL BE CLEAR
 GLASS OR CLEAR GLASS WITH LOW-E.
 5. LAWSON MAY NO LONGER MANUFACTURE AN EXTERNAL OGEE
 DIMENSIONAL MUNTIN. PLEASE PROVIDE A MUNTIN DETAIL.
  
 GENERAL COMMENT:
 THE DRIVEWAY REQUIRES A 3 FEET SIDE SETBACK WITHIN THE
 FRONT YARD AREA.
