 SUBMITTED: CLEARLY MARK ADHESIVE PADDY SIZE AS REQUIRED
 BY CITY POLICY FOR ALL ROOFING PERMITS TO VERIFY
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC R301.2.1
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 2- ROOFING UNDERLAYMENT TU PLUS-MAX FLORIDA PRODUCT
 APPROVALS FL5259-R29 SUBMITTED:
 CLEARLY MARK WHICH MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURES ASSEMBLY
 FROM SEC. 5.6.1 OF PRODUCT APPROVAL IS GOING TO BE
 USED. OR IF USING THE FRSA/TRI APRIL 2012 (04-12)
 REVISED EDITION, THEN PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION
 SHOWING THE DETERMINATION OF DESIGN WIND LOADS AND
 UNDERLAYMENT FASTENING AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 5.6.1 OF
 PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED.
  
 3- IT IS NOT CLEAR WHY SUBMITTING FLAT ROOF FLORIDA
 PRODUCT APPROVAL FL16709-R6. COVER PAGE STATES "PG 3 OF
 4 MODIFIED FOR THE UNDERLAYMENT ONLY". IS THIS THE
 UNDERLAYMENT FOR THE TILE ROOF?. IF SO, THIS IS A FLAT
 ROOF ASSEMBLY NOT AN UNDERLAYMENT FOR ROOF TILE. THE
 UNDERLAYMENT FOR THE ROOF TILE IS THE TU PLUS PRODUCT
 APPROVAL SUBMITTED. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
 ***NOTE:
 02/10/2020 TALKED TO BRITNI FROM STORM ROOFING. SHE
 SAID THEY ARE INSTALLING THE MODIFIED MEMBRANE
 (FLINTLASTIC GMS) ON TOP OF THE TU PLUS. THIS WILL BE
 THE UNDERLAYMENT FOR THE ROOF TILE. I TOLD BRITNI THE
 PROPOSED INSTALLATION IS NOT AN APPROVED SYSTEM. TOLD
 HER THE PROPOSED INSTALLATION COULD BE SUBMITTED AS AN
 ALTERNATIVE MATERIALS AND METHODS SEC. 104.11 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. DISCUSSED THIS ISSUE WITH ROBERT BROWN
 (BUILDING OFFICIAL). HE AGREED, PROPOSED INSTALLATION
 NEEDS TO BE SUBMITTED AS ALTERNATIVE MATERIALS AND
 METHODS. THEREFORE, NEED TO PROVIDE COMPLETE DATA
 SHOWING THAT THE PROPOSED INSTALLATION WILL WORK.
