 1) UPDATED COMMENT: THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN
 CRITERIA STOREFRONT TYPE 2 ONLY PERMITS ONE SIGN FOR
 THE BUSINESS (THE ARCADE IDENTITY SIGN PROPOSED BY THIS
 PERMIT IS THE ONE SIGN). THANK YOU FOR SPECIFICALLY
 STATING THAT THE EXISTING SIGN ON THE EXTERIOR WALKWAY
 RAILING WILL BE REMOVED AS PART OF THE NEW SIGN
 INSTALLATION; HOWEVER, NO VERIFICATION WAS PROVIDED
 THAT THE EXISTING WALL SIGN ON THE FACADE OF THE
 BUILDING AND THE. NOTE: WINDOW GRAPHICS AND PEDESTRIAN
 BLADE SIGNS ARE PERMITTED AS ALTERNATIVES TO THE
 EXISTING WALL SIGN AND MAY BE INCLUDED ON THIS PERMIT
 APPLICATION PROVIDED THAT ALL INFORMATION TO INCLUDE
 THE INCREASE IN PERMIT VALUE IS INCLUDED.
  
 2) NEW COMMENT: THE REVISED PLANS SHOW THE LOWEST POINT
 OF THE SIGN AT 8 FEET 10 INCHES. THE ROSEMARY SQUARE
 TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE A MINIMUM CLEARANCE FROM
 THE FINISHED FLOOR OF 9 FEET FOR ARCADE IDENTITY SIGNS.
 PLEASE REMEMBER, THE MAXIMUM HEIGHT FOR AN ARCADE
 IDENTITY SIGN IS 12 FEET. NOTE: THE ORIGINAL SUBMITTAL
 MET THESE STANDARDS.
