 1) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA STOREFRONT
 TYPE 2 REQUIRES THAT THE ARCADE IDENTITY SIGN IS
 CENTERED ON THE FACADE IN FRONT OF THE TENANT'S ENTRY.
 PLEASE PROVIDE A BETTER GRAPHIC (FLOOR PLAN) SHOWING
 THE SIGN LOCATION AND THE ENTRY. USING GOOGLE STREET
 VIEW, IT APPEARS THAT THE SIGN IS OFF-SET FROM THE
 ENTRY, WHICH APPEARS TO BE BETWEEN THE COLUMNS TO THE
 LEFT OF THE PROPOSED SIGN.
  
 2) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA STOREFRONT
 TYPE 2 ONLY PERMITS ONE SIGN FOR THE BUSINESS (THE
 ARCADE IDENTITY SIGN PROPOSED BY THIS PERMIT IS THE ONE
 SIGN). PLEASE PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT THE EXISTING
 WALL SIGN ON THE FACADE OF THE BUILDING AND THE
 EXISTING SIGN ON THE EXTERIOR WALKWAY RAILING WILL BE
 REMOVED AS PART OF THE NEW SIGN INSTALLATION. NOTE:
 WINDOW GRAPHICS AND PEDESTRIAN BLADE SIGNS ARE
 PERMITTED AS ALTERNATIVES TO THE EXISTING WALL SIGN AND
 MAY BE INCLUDED ON THIS PERMIT APPLICATION PROVIDED
 THAT ALL INFORMATION TO INCLUDE THE INCREASE IN PERMIT
 VALUE IS INCLUDED.
  
 3) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRES
 THAT ALL CONDUIT, CROSSOVERS, WIRING NECESSARY FOR THE
 SIGN?S ELECTRICAL CONNECTION TO BE CONCEALED AND NOT
 VISIBLE TO THE PUBLIC. THE WIRING FROM THE TUBE
 STRINGERS TO THE LETTERS NEEDS TO BE CONCEALED AND NOT
 VISIBLE TO THE PUBLIC. ADDITIONALLY, YOU MUST PROVIDE
 DETAILS TO VERIFY THAT THE ELECTRICAL PRIMARY TO THE
 SIGN THAT IS PROPOSED ON THE BACK OF THE COLUMN MEETS
 THIS STANDARD. NOTE: EXPOSED CONDUIT ATTACHED TO THE
 COLUMN DOES NOT MATCH THIS REQUIREMENT.
