 1. PLEASE COORDINATE WITH ENG. DEPT. TO UPDATE THE
 TRUNCATED DOME AT THE DIXIE/DATURA CROSSING TO SPREAD
 THE ENTIRE WIDTH OF BOTH CROSSWALKS (EAST/WEST AND
 NORTH/SOUTH) ? SAME TYPE OF TRUNCATED DOME AS THE
 BROADSTONE PROJECT INSTALLED DIRECTLY SOUTH. THE
 CURRENT ALIGNMENT PUTS PEDESTRIANS INTO THE CENTER OF
 THE INTERSECTION
 2. UPDATE CIVIL PLANS (PERMIT REVISION) TO INCLUDE
 MODIFIED ENTRIES ALONG NORTHWEST SECTION OF ALLEY
 3. PATHWAY SHALL BE ADDED FROM WESTERN ROW OF PAVERS IN
 PUBLIC PLAZA CONNECTING TO DATURA STREET SIDEWALK (AT
 LEAST 36?? WIDE AND 2% MAX SLOPE FOR ADA ACCESSIBILITY
 )
 4. THE CONCRETE CANOPY SHALL BE RELOCATED TO AN
 APPROPRIATE LOCATION PER HISTORIC PRESERVATION DIVISION
 APPROVAL. THE MAINTENANCE OF THE CANOPY SHALL BE
 DETERMINED BY DEVELOPER AND PROPERTY OWNER OF SITE
 WHERE CANOPY IS RELOCATED.
 5. REMOVAL OF EXISTING PALM TRAN BUS SHELTER SHALL BE
 COORDINATED WITH PALM TRAN. SHALL ONLY BE REMOVED WHEN
 NEW BUS SHELTER HAS BEEN MODIFIED AND OPENED FOR
 SERVICE.
 6. DEVELOPER SHALL REMOVE ALL OVERHEAD WIRES ON
 PROPERTY INCLUDING THOSE ALONG DIXIE HIGHWAY
 7. JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT SHALL BE PROVIDED BY
 DEVELOPER OUTLINING PLAN FOR CLOSURE OF EXISTING
 PARKING LOT
 8. STAFF RECOMMENDS THE UTILIZATION OF SCAFFOLDING TO
 KEEP ROW SIDEWALKS OPEN TO PUBLIC
 9. ALL FDC SHALL BE WALL MOUNTED AND PAINTED TO MATCH
 ADJACENT BUILDING FA?ADE (SUBJECT TO FIRE DEPT.
 APPROVAL). ALL ABOVE GROUND UTILITIES SHALL BE PAINTED
 TO MATCH ADJACENT FA?ADE OR LANDSCAPE BED AND SHALL BE
 SCREENED BY LANDSCAPE TO BEST EXTENT POSSIBLE
 10. ALL SIGNAGE WITHIN THE ROW THAT IS REMOVED DURING
 CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE REPLACED
 11. BACKFLOW PREVENTER SHALL BE INSTALLED IN WAY THAT
 THERE IS SUFFICIENT ROOM IN FRONT (DATURA SIDE) TO
 PROVIDE SCREENING
 12. PER EMAIL CONVERSATION WITH TRACY WARD ON DECEMBER
 27, 2019, THE DESIGN OF THE EXFILTRATION TRENCH THROUGH
 THE PUBLIC PLAZA SHALL NOT INCLUDE EXFILTRATION UNDER
 PROPOSED TREES.
 13. A MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT SHALL BE RECORDED BETWEEN
 DEVELOPER AND CITY FOR MAINTENANCE OF THE ROW WITHIN 90
 DAYS OF TCO
 14. ALL CONDITIONS FROM SITE PLAN APPROVAL THAT HAVE
 NOT BEEN SATISFIED STILL APPLY
 15. THE FOLLOWING ITEMS REQUIRE SEPARATE PERMITS:
 A. LANDSCAPE
 B. TREE REMOVAL
 C. IRRIGATION
 D. BUS SHELTER BACKING
 E. SIGNAGE
 F. PHOTOMETRICS
 16. MINOR AMENDMENT FOR AS-BUILTS SHALL BE SUBMITTED
 PRIOR TO CO (FORMAL APPLICATION TO P&Z)
 A. UPDATE FAR IN SITE PLAN DATA
 B. ALL UPDATED PLANS- CIVIL, LANDSCAPE, ARCHITECTURAL,
