 6. SUBMIT COMBUSTION AIR CALCULATIONS FOR THE ADDED GAS
 APPLIANCES. WHERE IS COMBUSTION AIR PROVIDED BY THE
 BUILDING'S MECHANICAL VENTILATION SYSTEM, THE SYSTEM
 SHALL PROVIDE THE SPECIFIED COMBUSTION AIR RATE IN
 ADDITION TO THE REQUIRED VENTILATION AIR PER THE 2017
 FBC RES. SEC. G2407.9.3. COMBINED COMBUSTION AIR AND
 VENTILATION AIR SYSTEM.
  
 7. SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF A HOUSE PLAN SHOWING THE
 LOCATION OF THE TANKLESS WATER HEATER AND THE LOCATION
 AND DISTANCE OF ANY OPERABLE DOORS OR WINDOWS IN
 RELATION TO THE WATER HEATER. THE LOCATION OF THE WATER
 HEATER SHALL COMPLY WITH THE MANUFACTURER'S
 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS. THE HOUSE PLAN CAN BE
 HAND-DRAWN PER THE WPB AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC SEC.

 REPLACING AN EXISTING TANKLESS WATER HEATER OR IS IT

 ON THE APPLICATION IN THE DESCRIPTION OF WORK PER THE
 WPB AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC SEC. 107.2.1. INFORMATION ON

 9. THE TOTAL JOB COST SEEMS LOW. THE VALUE MUST INCLUDE
 THE COST OF ALL EQUIPMENT INCLUDING TANKLESS AND STOVE
 THE OVERALL VALUE IS LOW. WPB AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC
 109.3 BUILDING PERMITS VALUATIONS. IF IN THE OPINION OF
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE CLAIMED VALUATION OF
 BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE, ELECTRICAL, GAS,
 MECHANICAL OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS APPEARS TO BE
 UNDERESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE
 DENIED UNLESS THE APPLICANT CAN SHOW DETAILED, QUANTITY
 ESTIMATES, AND/OR BONA FIDE SIGNED CONTRACTS (EXCLUDING
 LAND VALUE) TO MEET THE APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, THE VALUATION OF
 BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE
 TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL,
 INTERIOR FINISH, RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND
 DESIGN FEES, MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT;
 EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY
 INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL
 CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT,
 MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY INTERNATIONAL CODE
 CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION SHALL BE SET
 BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
 REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION, MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
