 IN PRODUCT APPROVAL UNDER GENERAL LIMITATIONS 5.9
 - PLEASE SELECT THE SYSTEM THAY WILL BE USED AND IF THE
 PRESSURE DOESN'T EXCEED ALL 3 ZONES(1,2 AND 3), PROVIDE
 ENGINEERING FOR ATTACHMENT.
 NOTE:
 THE PROPERTY 308 WILDERMERE IS EXPOSURE CATEGORY C
  
 2) PLEASE STATE THE AMOUNT OF SQ. FOOTAGE OF FLAT ROOF
 AND SLOPE ROOF SEPARATE. STATE THE ROOF PITCH OF
 SHINGLE AREA AND SEE COMMENT BELOW IF ROOF PITCH IS
 LESS THAN 4/12 FOR DOUBLE LAYER UNDERLAYMENT.
  
 3) 905.2.2 FBC[R] & 905.1.1 FBC[R] FOR ROOF SLOPES FROM
 TWO UNITS VERTICAL IN 12 UNITS HORIZONTAL (2:12) AND
 LESS THAN FOUR UNITS VERTICAL IN 12 UNITS HORIZONTAL
 (4:12), DOUBLE UNDERLAYMENT APPLICATION IS REQUIRED.
 - PLEASE ADD NOTE FOR DOUBLE UNDERLAYMENT IF PITCH OF
 SHINGLE ROOF AREA IS LESS THAN 4/12.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, PROVIDE TWO IDENTICAL COLLATED SETS
 OF DOCUMENTS FOR ISSUANCE. OLD SHEETS (BOTH SETS)
 SHOULD BE RETAINED IN THE PACKAGE; PLEASE DO NOT
 DISCARD ANY DOCUMENTS. THEY SHOULD BE BOUND TOGETHER
 SEPARATELY FROM THE TWO ISSUANCE SETS AND MARKED "VOID"
 OR "OLD SHEETS". PLEASE DO NOT STAMP THE PLANS VOID AS
 APPLICANTS ARE INADVERTENTLY STAMPING SHEETS THAT WE
 NEED "VOID", RENDERING THEM NOT USABLE.
