 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. REVISE DOOR SCHEDULE SPECS ON SHEET

 7- REVISE THE SIZE OF THE STRUCTURAL BUCK SPECIFIED ON
 DETAIL C ON SHEET A-2. STRUCTURAL BUCK NEEDS TO PROVIDE
 FULL SUPPORT TO THE DOOR FRAME AND NEED TO EXTEND
 BEYOND THE INTERIOR FACE OF THE WINDOW OR DOOR FRAME AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. R609.7.2.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. 2X4 BUCK
 IS SMALLER THAN THE DOOR FRAME. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 8- WALL ENTRY SECTION #3 ON SHEET A-3:
 A) NEED TO SPECIFY 2 LAYERS OF WATER RESISTIVE BARRIERS
 AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R703.7.3 FBC-RESIDENTIAL ON THE

 B) NEED TO SPECIFY THE 7/8" MIN. STUCCO THICKNESS AS
 REQUIRED BY TABLE R702.1(1) FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 9- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS LOW.
 VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, CONTRACTOR'S
 OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY AMENDMENTS. VALUATION WAS
 UPDATED TO $204,585. THE PERMIT FEE BALANCE IS $4718.42
 (INCLUDES PLAN REVIEW EXPEDITED FEE).
