 WELL AS THE FULL DIMENSIONS OF THE PROPOSED ADDITION TO
 THE DRIVEWAY.
 2. KEEP IN MIND, THE OPEN SPACE/GREEN SPACE REQUIREMENT
 FOR THE FRONT YARD IS 75% OF THE FRONT YARD OR 1,000 SQ
 FT WHICH EVER IS LESSER. CONFIRM THAT THE DRIVEWAY WILL
 NOT ENCROACH WITHIN THE REQUIRED OPEN SPACE
 REQUIREMENTS.
  
 PURSUANT ZLDR SEC. 94-482(A)LOCATION AND SURFACE.
 REQUIRED OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES FOR LESS THAN THREE
 RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS SHALL BE PROVIDED ON THE
 PROPERTY ON WHICH THE UNITS ARE LOCATED. REQUIRED
 PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT YARD; HOWEVER, THE
 LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT
 YARD AREA SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH LIVING PLANT
 MATERIAL (SUCH AS GRASS, GROUND COVER, SHRUBS, HEDGES,
 VINES OR TREES).
