 NOTE:
 BUILDING REVIEW MAY BE APPROVED WITH PROVISO. PROVISO
 MEANS CONTRACTOR WILL SUBMIT REQUIRED INFORMATION AFTER
 THE PERMIT IS ISSUED BUT BEFORE INSPECTIONS TO AVOID
 CONFLICTS/DELAYS. REVISION FEES APPLY. CONTRACTOR TO
 ADVICE IF PROVISO OPTION IS PREFERRED AT THIS TIME OR
 IF RE-SUBMITTING REQUIRED INFORMATION BEFORE PERMIT

 REVISE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY

 A) PROVIDE COMPLETE/CORRECT INFORMATION ON TOP OF FORM.
 PROVIDE THE NAME OF THE OWNER AND PROVIDE CORRECT NAME

 B) THE AREA WEIGHTED AVERAGE SHGC SHOWN ON ITEM #7 ON
 PAGE 1 OF 4 DOESN'T COMPLY WITH THE MAXIMUM
 FENESTRATION SHGC REQUIRED BY SEC. R405.5.3.4 OF
 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION. THE MAXIMUM AREA WEIGHTED
 AVERAGE FENESTRATION SHGC ALLOWED IS 0.50. ENERGY
 CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED SHOW 0.70. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO
 COMPLY.
  
 C)PAGE 2 OF 4 UNDER SPACES INDICATES THAT THERE IS A

 6- SPECIFY ROOF VENTILATION AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R806
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. SPECIFY SIZE OF GABLE END VENTS SHOWN
 ON THE EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS AND CLEARLY SPECIFY IF THERE
 ARE VENTS LOCATED ON THE SOFFIT (SPECIFY SIZE AND
 SPACING).
  
 7- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 FAC 61G20-3.001 FOR
 (NOTE: THIS MAY BE SUBMITTED LATER AS A DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL. PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION PRIOR TO
 INSTALLATION TO AVOID CONFLICTS/DELAYS. ALL PRODUCT
 APPROVALS NEED TO BE APPROVED IN WRITING BY DESIGNER OF
 RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL):
  
 A) GABLE END VENTS AS SHOWN ON EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS.
  
 8- ARCHITECT OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ABOVE PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 9- REVISE THE SIZE OF THE STRUCTURAL BUCK SPECIFIED ON
 ON DETAIL C AND E ON SHEET A-2. STRUCTURAL BUCK NEEDS
 TO PROVIDE FULL SUPPORT TO THE DOOR FRAME AND NEED TO
 EXTEND BEYOND THE INTERIOR FACE OF THE WINDOW OR DOOR
 FRAME AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R609.7.2.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 2X4 BUCK IS SMALLER THAN THE DOOR FRAME. REVISE AS
 REQUIRED.
  
 10- TRUSS PACKAGE SUBMITTED:
 A) TRUSSES WERE DESIGNED BASED ON BUILDING EXPOSURE B.
 THIS DOESN'T MATCH THE ARCHITECT'S WIND DESIGN CRITERIA

 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,

 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. VALUATION WAS UPDATED TO $48,011. THE
 PERMIT FEE BALANCE IS $1126.88.

 REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. (NOTE: SUBMIT OLD DRAWINGS FOR REFERENCE). A
 TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT
 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE
 CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.
