 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS.
  
 1) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA STOREFRONT
 TYPE 2 REQUIRES THAT THE ARCADE IDENTITY SIGN IS
 CENTERED ON THE FACADE IN FRONT OF THE TENANT'S ENTRY.
 THE PROPOSED SIGN IS NOT LOCATED CENTERED ON THE CITY
 CENTER FACADE AND NOT IN FRONT OF THE CITY CELLAR
 ENTRY.
  
 2) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 THAT SIGNS ARE MOUNTED WITHIN THE LEASE LINES. PROVIDE
 VERIFICATION THAT THIS LOCATION IS WITHIN THE LEASE
 LINES.
  
 3) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA DO NOT
 PERMIT THE PAINTING OF LETTERS TO A SUSPENDED PANEL,
 BUT RATHER REQUIRE THE TENANT NAME BE MOUNTED TO THE
 SUSPENDED PANEL. THE LETTERS ARE TO BE FABRICATED OUT
 OF ALUMINUM WITH A MINIMUM METAL THICKNESS OF 0.06
 INCHES WITH A PAINTED FINISH (IF CHANNEL LETTERS USED
 THE CHANNEL DEPTH MAY BE NO MORE THEN THREE INCHES).
 THE PAINTED WALL SIGN OPTION IS ONLY PERMITTED ON SOLID
 AREAS OF A FACADE SUCH AS STUCCO, WOOD OR BRICK PANELS
 (THIS WOULD BE A FASCIA IDENTITY SIGN NOT AN ARCADE
 IDENTITY SIGN AS PROPOSED).
  
 4) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA PERMIT UP
 TO THREE COLORS ON A SIGN. PROVIDE ON THE PLANS
 VERIFICATION OF THE COLORS USED ON THE SIGN. THE SIGN
 PANEL (WHITE) AND THE TUBE FRAME SUPPORTS (BLACK) AND
 ROLLED DECORATIVE RING (BLACK) ARE TWO COLORS. PROVIDE
 THE COLOR FOR THE ROLLED ALUMINUM MOUNTING PLATE AND
 THE FINAL LETTER MATERIAL (THE NOT PERMITTED PAINTED
 OPTION APPEARS TO HAVE MULTIPLE COLORS TO ACHIEVE THE
 SHADING EFFECT WHICH MAY NO LONGER BE NECESSARY WITH
 FABRICATED LETTERS).
  
 5) THE FULL DIMENSION OF THE SIGN IS NOT PROVIDED ON
 THE PLANS. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ROSEMARY SQUARE
 TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRES THAT THE SIGN AREA IS
 CALCULATED USING THE MAXIMUM EXTENT OF THE SIGN. FOR
 THIS PARTICULAR SIGN IT IS THE DISTANCE FROM THE LOWEST
 POINT OF THE BOTTOM FAUX RUSTIC THRU BOLT MOUNTING
 HARDWARE TO THE EQUAL DISTANCE ON THE TOP AND SIDE
 HARDWARE ATTACHMENTS.
  
 6) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE SIGN PLAN MEASURES SIGNAGE
 ALLOWANCE AS FOLLOWS - ONE SQUARE FOOT OF SIGNAGE FOR
 EACH ONE LINEAR FOOT OF STORE FRONTAGE. PLEASE PROVIDE
 THE LINEAR FEET OF STORE FRONTAGE.
  
 7) CITY CELLAR HAS EXISTING SIGNAGE ON THE FACADE OF
 THE BUILDING. THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA
 PERMIT ONLY ONE PRIMARY IDENTITY SIGN PER STOREFRONT.
 IF CITYPLACE RETAIL GRANTS A WAIVER AND PERMITS MORE
 THAN ONE SIGN AND THE EXISTING SIGNAGE IS TO REMAIN
 THEN THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE EXISTING SIGNAGE (AND A
 ELEVATION DRAWING SHOWING THE SIGNAGE) IS TO BE
 PROVIDED AND SUBTRACTED FROM THE SIGNAGE ALLOWANCE. IF
 THE EXISTING SIGNAGE IS TO BE REMOVED THEN A PERMIT FOR
 THE REMOVAL NEEDS TO BE SUBMITTED.
  
 8) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA PERMIT A
 MAXIMUM LETTER HEIGHT OF 18 INCHES FOR AN ARCADE
 IDENTITY SIGN. PROVIDE THE HEIGHT OF THE LETTERS ON THE
 PLANS.
  
 9) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 THAT ARCADE IDENTITY SIGNS HAVE A MINIMUM CLEARANCE OF
 NINE (9) FEET FROM FINISHED GRADE. THE DRAWINGS SHOW
 THAT THE SIGN DOES NOT MEET THIS MINIMUM CLEARANCE (8
 FEET 9 INCHES).
  
 10) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 ALL LIGHTING CONDUIT, WIRING, BALLAST BOXES,
 TRANSFORMERS, AND OTHER EQUIPMENT NECESSARY FOR SIGN
 CONNECTION SHALL BE CONCEALED AND NOT VISIBLE TO THE
 PUBLIC. THE PROPOSED SIGN LIGHTING HAS AN EXPOSED BELL
 BOX WITH DISCONNECT SWITCH AND ELECTRICAL LEAD WITHIN
 FLEXIBLE CONDUIT, WHICH IS NOT PERMITTED. ADDITIONALLY,
 NO INFORMATION IS PROVIDED AS TO HOW THE ELECTRIC
 SERVICE IS PROVIDED TO THE BELL BOX.
  
 11) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 THAT RIVETS, SCREWS AND OTHER FASTENERS THAT EXTEND TO
 VISIBLE SURFACES SHALL BE FLUSH, FILLED AND FINISHED SO
 AS TO BE UNNOTICEABLE. THE BOLT HEADS, BOLT ENDS AND
 NUTS THAT EXTEND PAST THE MOUNTING HARDWARE DO NOT MEET
 THIS STANDARD. IF THE BOLT HEADS MUST EXTEND PAST THE
 MOUNTING HARDWARE, THEY NEED TO BE CONCEALED BY CAPS
 MATCHING THE COLOR OF THE MOUNTING HARDWARE.
  
 12) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 THAT ALL BOLTS, FASTENINGS AND CLIPS CONSIST OF
 ENAMELING IRON WITH PORCELAIN ENAMEL FINISH; STAINLESS
 STEEL, ANODIZED ALUMINUM, BRASS OR BRONZE; OR
 CARBON-BEARING STEEL WITH PAINTED FINISH. PROVIDE
 VERIFICATION ON THE PLANS.
