 AT THE PROPERTY LINE OR WHERE THE DRIVEWAY ADJOINS THE
 APRON IF THE APRON IS NOT LOCATED WHOLLY WITHIN THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY, PROVIDED THAT THE DRIVEWAYS SHALL BE ON
 TWO DIFFERENT STREET FRONTAGES OR ON ONE STREET
 FRONTAGE AND THE ALLEY.
