 CODE: FBC 6TH EDITION (2017) AND CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 1- ENGINEERED DRAWINGS ARE INCOMPLETE. FRONT ELEVATION
 W/ CAISSON FOUNDATION DETAIL 1 ON DRAWING #1 STATES
 THAT "SIGN CABINETS, BASE AND CONNECTIONS TO POLE BY
 SIGNS UNLIMITED-NC" SIGN ENGINEER OF RECORD NEEDS TO
 PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND
 PROPOSED INSTALLATION OF THE SIGN CABINET AND BASE.
 SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS. SEC. 1609.1 FBC-BUILDING.
  
 2- PLANS NEED TO SPECIFY THE LOCATION OF EACH OF THE
 SIGNS SHOWN ON THE ENGINEERED DRAWINGS 1 THRU 6.
 SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS. SEC. 1609.1 FBC-BUILDING.
  
 3- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND ALL DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. PROVIDE COPY OF SIGNED CONTRACTS INCLUDING
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES.
  
 4- NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT WILL BE REQUIRED. SEC. 713.13
