 1) THE FULL DIMENSION OF THE SIGN IS NOT PROVIDED ON
 THE PLANS. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ROSEMARY SQUARE
 TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRES THAT THE SIGN AREA IS
 CALCULATED USING THE MAXIMUM EXTENT OF THE SIGN.
 PROVIDE THE DIMENSION OF THE VERTICAL BAR BETWEEN LA
 AND FITNESS.
  
 2) THE SIGN SQUARE FOOTAGE ALLOWANCE IS BASED ON THE
 LINEAR FRONTAGE OF THE TENANT SPACE. PROVIDE THE
 FRONTAGE DIMENSION OF THE ENTIRE LA FITNESS SPACE.
  
 3) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA PERMIT A
 MAXIMUM LETTER HEIGHT OF 18 INCHES FOR A FASCIA SIGN
 UNLESS CITYPLACE RETAIL GRANTS A WAIVER II (MINOR
 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT). THE WAIVER II MAY
 INCREASE THE SIGNS DIMENSION BY UP TO 25 PERCENT, SO
 THE LETTER HEIGHT (INCLUDING THE VERTICAL BAR) COULD BE
 UP TO 22.5 INCHES.
  
 4) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 THAT REVERSE CHANNEL LETTERS ARE FABRICATED OUT OF
 ALUMINUM WITH A MINIMUM METAL THICKNESS OF .060 INCHES.
 THE SIGN DETAIL DOES NOT SPECIFY THE UNIT OF
 MEASUREMENT FOR THE ALUMINUM LETTERS.
  
 5) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE THE
 STUD MOUNTS TO BE SERIES 316 STAINLESS STEEL ANCHOR
 BOLTS. PROVIDE VERIFICATION OF THIS REQUIREMENT ON THE
 PLANS. NOTE: IT APPEARS THAT ALUMINUM STUDS ARE BEING
 USED INSTEAD OF THE STAINLESS STEEL.
  
 6) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA ONLY ALLOW
 ONE FASCIA IDENTITY SIGN PER FRONTAGE FOR AN INDIVIDUAL
 BUSINESS. THERE ARE TWO SIGNS PROPOSED FOR THE WEST
 FRONTAGE OF THE LA FITNESS SPACE. CITYPLACE RETAIL MUST
 PROVIDE WRITTEN APPROVAL OF TWO SIGNS ON THE WEST
 FRONTAGE OF LA FITNESS.
  
 7) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA STOREFRONT
 TYPE 4 ONLY ALLOWS A FASCIA IDENTITY SIGN TO BE
 INSTALLED ON THE FIRST FLOOR FASCIA SIGN BAND AREA.
 CITYPLACE RETAIL IS PERMITTED TO PROVIDE WRITTEN
 APPROVAL OF A WAIVER I TO ALLOW THE ALTERNATIVE
 VERTICAL PLACEMENT OF THE SIGN TO THE SECOND FLOOR.
