| TYPE 4 ONLY ALLOWS A FASCIA IDENTITY SIGN TO BE |
| INSTALLED ON THE FIRST FLOOR FASCIA SIGN BAND AREA. |
| CITYPLACE RETAIL IS PERMITTED TO PROVIDE WRITTEN |
| APPROVAL OF A WAIVER I TO ALLOW THE ALTERNATIVE |
| VERTICAL PLACEMENT OF THE SIGN TO THE SECOND FLOOR. |
