 1) REPEAT COMMENT: THE EXISTING LA FITNESS SIGN ON THE
 SOUTHERN FACE OF THE BUILDING UTILIZES THE ENTIRE
 SQUARE FOOTAGE PERMITTED FOR THIS FRONTAGE. IS THE
 EXISTING SIGN BEING REMOVED? IF SO, THEN THE COMMENTS
 BELOW APPLY.
  
 2) UPDATED COMMENT: THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN
 CRITERIA PERMIT A MAXIMUM LETTER HEIGHT OF 18 INCHES
 FOR A FASCIA SIGN UNLESS THE PLANNING DIVISION APPROVES
 WAIVER II (MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT). THE
 WAIVER II MAY INCREASE THE SIGN DIMENSION BY UP TO 25
 PERCENT, SO THE PROPOSED LETTER HEIGHT (INCLUDING THE
 VERTICAL BAR) OF 22.5 INCHES WOULD BE PERMITTED.
  
 3) REPEAT COMMENT THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN
 CRITERIA REQUIRE THE STUD MOUNTS TO BE SERIES 316
 STAINLESS STEEL ANCHOR BOLTS. PROVIDE VERIFICATION OF
 THIS REQUIREMENT ON THE PLANS.
