 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) SHOW LANDSCAPE BUFFERS AS PROVIDED IN THE APPROVED
 SITE PLAN (REFERENCE ISPR CASE NO. 19-06).
  
 2.) THE APPROVED SITE PLAN SHOWS A 5 FT. WIDE UTILITY
 EASEMENT; HOWEVER, THE BUILDING PERMIT PLANS SHOWS A 10
 FT. WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT ALONG THE SOUTHERN PORTION OF
 PARKING AREA #3 (SHEET P-6). PLEASE CLARIFY. A MINOR
 SITE PLAN AMENDMENT WILL BE REQUIRED IF CHANGES ARE
 REQUIRED TO THE APPROVED PLAN.
  
 3.) SEPARATE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE PROPOSED 6
 FT. HIGH CHAIN LINK FENCE WITH BARBED WIRE AND THE
 PROPOSED 6 FT. HIGH PRECAST CONCRETE WALL AND SHALL BE
 NOTED AS SUCH IN THE PLANS. ALTHOUGH MISSING IN THE
 PLAN SET, NO DETAIL IS REQUIRED SINCE THE FENCE AND
 WALL MUST BE SUBMITTED AS SEPARATE PERMITS).
  
 4.) CONFLICT DETECTED WITH THE PLACEMENT OF LIGHT POLE
 FIXTURES WITHIN THE MIDDLE OF PARKING STALLS. ALSO, THE
 LOCATION OF THE LIGHT POLES DO NOT MATCH THE LOCATION
 PROVIDED IN THE SITE LIGHTING PERMIT (#19121007).
 ADDRESS FOR CONSISTENCY.
  
 5.) ZBA FINAL ORDER 3375A REQUIRES THAT PARKING AREAS 3
 AND 4 BE CONSTRUCTED WITH WHITE CONCRETE TO CREATE
 APPROXIMATELY 59,000 SQ. FT. OF REFLECTIVE SURFACE TO
 REDUCE THE HEAT ISLAND EFFECT OF THE PROJECT. PLEASE
 DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH THIS CONDITION OF APPROVAL
 BY PROVIDING THE CONCRETE MIX SPECIFICATIONS WITHIN THE
 PLANS.
  
  
 NOTES:
  
 * APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING PERMIT BY ZONING IS SUBJECT
 TO THE CONDITIONS OUTLINED IN ZBA FINAL ORDER 3375
 (CLASS B SPECIAL USE PERMIT) AND ZBA FINAL ORDER 3375A
 (VARIANCES).
  
 * SEPARATE PERMITS REQUIRED FOR: LANDSCAPING
  
 * ANY REVISIONS TO THE PLANS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 * ANY CHANGES TO THE APPROVED SITE PLAN (REFERENCE:
 ISPR CASE NO. 19-06) WILL REQUIRE AN APPLICATION FOR A
 MINOR SITE PLAN AMENDMENT WITH THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
 DEPARTMENT ? PLANNING DIVISION.
