 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING PERMIT BY ZONING IS
 SUBJECT TO THE CONDITIONS OUTLINED IN ZBA FINAL ORDER
 3375 (CLASS B SPECIAL USE PERMIT) AND ZBA FINAL ORDER
 3375A (VARIANCES). AT THIS TIME, NOT ALL OF THE
 CONDITIONS HAVE BEEN SATISFIED.
  
 2.) THE DECORATIVE CAP CANNOT EXCEED 6 INCHES IN HEIGHT
 (TO THE HIGHEST POINT OF THE CAP) AS MEASURED FROM
 ABOVE THE MAXIMUM 6 FT. HIGH PRECAST CONCRETE WALL AT
 GRADE. THE OVERALL TOTAL WALL HEIGHT (WALL + DECORATIVE
 CAP) SHALL NOT EXCEED A TOTAL HEIGHT OF 6.6 FT. AT
 GRADE. PLEASE ADDRESS THE DETAILS SHEET.

 ISPR CASE NO. 19-06) WILL REQUIRE AN APPLICATION FOR A
 MINOR SITE PLAN AMENDMENT WITH THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
 DEPARTMENT - PLANNING DIVISION.
