 STATING THAT THE STRANDS MUST PROJECT INTERIOR TO THE
 PROPERTY AND MUST NOT ENCROACH BEYOND THE PROPERTY LINE

 (VARIANCES).
  
 * SEPARATE PERMITS REQUIRED FOR: LANDSCAPING
  
 * ANY REVISIONS TO THE PLANS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
