 HISTORIC. NO STRUCTURES ON THIS PROPERTY ARE LISTED ON
 THE WEST PALM BEACH REGISTER OF HISTORIC PLACES. PLEASE
 REMOVE THE HISTORIC LABEL. LABELING THE STRUCTURE
 HISTORIC, MAY IMPLY THAT THE STRUCTURE IS ELIGIBLE FOR
 EXEMPTIONS FROM THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE AND FLORIDA
 ENERGY CODE. IF THE PROPERTY OWNER IS INTERESTED IN

 CONTRIBUTING HISTORIC STRUCTURES. THE AD VALOREM TAX
 EXEMPTION PROGRAM IS AVAILABLE FOR CONTRIBUTING
 HISTORIC STRUCTURES AND RELATED NEW DEVELOPMENT.
  
 THE AD VALOREM TAX EXEMPTION PROGRAM IS A TAX EXEMPTION
 PROGRAM WHICH AUTHORIZES GRANTING AN EXEMPTION FROM THE
 INCREASES TO AD VALOREM TAXES FOR QUALIFIED
 IMPROVEMENTS TO PROPERTIES LISTED ON THE WEST PALM
 BEACH REGISTER OF HISTORIC PLACES. THIS EXEMPTION DOES
 NOT APPLY TO ASSESSED LAND VALUE, ONLY TO THE VALUE OF
 THE IMPROVEMENTS. THE PROGRAM PROVIDES AN ABATEMENT OF
 TAX INCREASES ON THE IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PROPERTY FOR A
 TEN (10) YEAR PERIOD ON THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH AND
 PALM BEACH COUNTY PORTION OF YOUR TAX BILL. THE
 ABATEMENT TIME PERIOD MAY BE TRANSFERRED TO FUTURE
 OWNERS. ALL WORK MUST BE PRE-APPROVED PRIOR TO THE
 START.
  
 DESIGNATING THE PROPERTY PLACES A FEW RESTRICTIONS ON
 THE PROPERTY. DEMOLITION OF THE CONTRIBUTING STRUCTURES
 WOULD NOT BE ALLOWED. RELOCATING THE STRUCTURES WOULD
 NOT BE ALLOWED EXCEPT FOR WHAT IS CURRENTLY BEING
 PROPOSED. ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION WILL NEED TO BE REVIEWED
 BY THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION BOARD AND MUST BE DEEMED
