 THAT INCLUDES TWO BASE FLOOD ELEVATIONS - AE6 & AE7.
 ENTER BOTH 6 & 7 IN B9.
  
 3. SECTION C2 STATES LOWEST ELEVATION OF MACHINERY IS
 AT 6.7 NAVD88. ALL EQUIPMENT SERVICES THE BUILDING
 SHALL BE RAISED TO THE BASE FLOOD ELEVATION OF 6 FEET
 NAVD PLUS ONE FOOT OF FREEBOARD. MINIMUM ELEVATION TO
 THE BOTTOM OF ALL EQUIPMENT SEVICEING THE BUILDING
 SHALL BE 7.0 FEET NAVD88.
  
 4. PHOTO NUMBER ONE ON PAGE 6 OF 6 IS NOT APPLICABLE TO
 THIS PERMIT.
