 THE REVISED ARCHITECTURAL FLOOR PLANS AND AREA
 CALCULATIONS- PLEASE CORRECT- TABLE 403.3.1.1 FBC M.
 PLEASE PROVIDE ROOM IDENTIFICATIONS ON THE MECHANICAL
 FLOOR PLANS TO MATCH WITH THE NEW ARCHITECTURAL PLANS-
 SECTION 107.2.1 WPB.
  
 2) AS PREVIOUSLY REQUESTED, PLEASE PROVIDE THE CORRECT
 ADDRESS ON PAGE 2 OF THE ENERGYGAUGE COMPLIANCE REPORT.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ADDRESS ON THE APPLICATION, THE
 PLANS, AND THE ENERGY FORM DO NOT MATCH- SECTION 105.3
 WPB. CORRECT THE 2715 PINEWOOD ADDRESS ON THE FORM TO
 MATCH WITH THE 2723 PINEWOOD ADDRESS ON THE PLANS.
  
 3) COMMENT #4 FROM THE 2ND REVIEW- FAILED. THE $9,500
 JOB VALUE ON THE APPLICATION IS VERY LOW FOR THE SCOPE
 OF THE PROJECT. TOTAL VALUE SHALL INCLUDE THE COSTS OF
 LABOR, MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, APPLIANCES, FIXTURES ETC.
 FOR ALL TRADES INCLUDING STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC,
 PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH, RELATIVE SITE
 WORK, AND SHALL ALSO INCLUDE ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN
 FEES, MARKETING COSTS, AND OVERHEAD AND PROFIT.
 VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS- SECTION 109.3 WPB.
  
 THE SUBMITTED COST BREAKDOWN INDICATING $10,000.00 COST
 FOR THE HVAC APPEARS TO BE A VERY LOW VALUE FOR THE NEW
 SYSTEMS AND COMPONENTS BEING INSTALLED AS LISTED BELOW.
 PLEASE PROVIDE A COPY OF THE CONTRACT AND/OR ESTIMATES
 AND INVOICES VERIFYING THE TOTAL COST OF LABOR,
 MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE PROPOSED PROJECT.

 INCLUDING CU-1 & 2, AND 11 ROOM AIRHANDLERS.

 E) FIRST AND SECOND FLOOR SUPPLY AND RETURN DUCTWORK.
 F) VRF REFRIGERANT LINES
 G) CONDENSATE PIPING.
 H) FIRE DAMPERS, LOUVERS, MOTORIZED DAMPER,
 THERMOSTATS, HUMIDISTATS ETC.
 I) ELECTRONIC CONTROLS FOR THE VRF AND SYSTEMS.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
 RE-SUBMITTAL FORM.
