 1) THE PERMIT APPLICATION?S ADDRESS IS NOT THE SAME AS
 THE SUBMITTED PLANS. THE TITLEBLOCK INDICATES THE
 ADDRESS AS 2723 PINEWOOD AVE. BUILDING C (A 2 STORY
 STRUCTURE). THE PERMIT APPLICATION ADDRESS HAS BEEN
 STRUCK AND 2723 PINEWOOD AVE INSERTED. THE CORRECTED
 ADDRESS OF 2723 PINEWOOD THE 2 STORY BUILDING, BUILDING
 C.
  
 2) THE VALUE OF THE PERMIT HAS BEEN INCREASED TO
 $45,000.00 DOLLARS, WHICH IS STILL LOW. SINCE THE
 BUILDING IS GOING TO BE STRUCK DOWN TO THE BLOCK WALLS
 AND A CONCRETE 2ND FLOOR, FLOOR SYSTEM, WE ESTIMATE THE

 PLUMBING SYSTEMS APPEARS TO BE UNDER ESTIMATED ON THE
 APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 TOTAL REPLACEMENT PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE

 WHEN THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR COMES IN FOR A BUILDING
 PERMIT WITH THE SIGNED PERMIT APPLICATION FORM BY THE
 QUALIFIER AND OWNER AND BRINGS IN THE LISTED
 SUB-PERMITS M-E-P & ROOFING PERMITS SIGNED BY THE
 QUALIFIER OF EACH COMPANY, THEIR INSURANCES AND
 LICENSURE UP TO DATE, THE M-E-P AND ROOFING PERMITS ARE
 FREE OF CHARGE. IF THE M-E-P & ROOFING PERMITS COME IN
 LATER THERE WILL BE AN $80.00 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE FOR
 EACH PERMIT.
  
 ALL OTHER PERMITS FIRE SPRINKLER, FIRE ALARM, RACK
 STORAGE, EXHAUST HOODS, ANSUL SYSTEMS OR ALTERNATIVE
 AUTOMATIC FIRE-EXTINGUISHING SYSTEMS, WALK IN COOLERS &
 FREEZERS, ALL LOW VOLTAGE PERMITS, GENERATORS & FUEL
 TANKS, GAS PERMIT, POOL, JACUZZI AND ASSOCIATED
 SUB-PERMITS, AWNING, SCREEN ENCLOSURES, CANOPY, FENCE,
 LANDSCAPE, IRRIGATION, AUGER CAST PILE AND OR
 FOUNDATION OR STRUCTURE ONLY PERMIT WILL BE SEPARATE
 REVIEWS AND ASSOCIATED FEES WITH EACH PERMIT.
 PLEASE PROVIDE AN ITEMIZED LIST AND SUBTRACT THESE LINE
 ITEMS AND THEIR VALUE FROM THE OVERALL BUILDING VALUE
 STATED ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION FOR THIS PROJECT. THE
 REMAINING BALANCE WILL BE AFFECTIVELY THE VALUE OF THE
 BUILDING YOU WILL BE PAYING FOR THIS PERMIT. THE
 BUILDING DEPARTMENT DOES NOT WANT TO COLLECT TWICE FOR

 HOUR SEPARATION BETWEEN THE S2 AND BUSINESS
 OCCUPANCIES. THEN TAKES AN EXCEPTION LISTING 508.2.4.
 PLEASE REVIEW SECTION 508.2 OF THE 2017 FBC-B.
 ACCESSORY OCCUPANCIES MUST COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS
 OF SECTIONS 508.2.1 THROUGH 508.2.4.PLEASE REVIEW
 508.2.3. AGGREGATE ACCESSORY OCCUPANCIES SHALL NOT
 COVER MORE THAN 10% OF THE FLOOR AREA OF THE STORY IN

 ANY FLOOR OR ROOF OF A BUILDING, STRUCTURE OR PORTION
 THEREOF, A LOAD GREATER THAN IS PERMITTED BY THIS CODE.
 PLEASE PROVIDE CALCULATIONS FOR THE ALLOWABLE LOADS TO
 BE POSTED.

 DESIGNED BY A DELEGATE ENGINEER. THE DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL HAS NOT PROVIDED DESIGN PARAMETERS FOR THE
 STAIR (FBC-B TABLE 1607.1(30). THERE IS NO DESIGN
 PERIMETERS FOR THE HANDRAIL OR GUARDRAIL SYSTEMS, FBC-B
