 THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE REQUIRED TO BE RESOLVED BEFORE
 THE FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION CAN BE APPROVED.
  
 1) THE ONE REVISED PLAN SHEET LABELED "GROUND
 FLOOR/REFLECTED CEILING PLAN" THAT SHOWS THE RECESSED
 LIGHTS AND STUCCO REPAIR IS OKAY, OTHER THAN IT HAS THE
 SAME DRAWING NUMBER "A-1" AS THE PROPOSED FLOOR PLANS
 FOR THE GROUND AND UPPER LEVEL. A REFLECTED CEILING
 PLAN HAD NOT BEEN SUBMITTED PREVIOUSLY. PLEASE ASSIGN A
 NEW DRAWING NUMBER TO THIS DRAWING TO SHOW THAT IT IS
 NOT REVISING PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED DRAWINGS. FBC

 2) IN ADDITION TO THE ONE NEW SHEET, THREE OTHER SHEETS
 WERE SUBMITTED. THE FEES THAT WERE CHARGED ARE FOR ONLY
 A ONE PAGE REVISION. DURING MY REVIEW I DISCOVERED
 THERE WAS SOME REQUIRED ITEMS MISSING FROM THE APPROVED
 PLANS AND THAT THE WINDOWS SHOWN ON THE BUILDING'S
 NORTH ELEVATION ON SHEET A-2 DIFFER FROM THE APPROVED
 PLANS. THIS WILL REQUIRE A REVISION. FBC 107.2.1
  
 3) I DID NOT SEE A WINDOW SCHEDULE ON THE APPROVED
 PLANS. PLEASE SUBMIT A WINDOW SCHEDULE THAT SHOWS THE
 TYPE AND SIZE OF THE WINDOWS THAT WILL BE INSTALLED.

 4) A REVISED STRUCTURAL PLAN THAT SPECIFIES THE
 REQUIRED DESIGN PRESSURES FOR EACH OF THE WINDOWS AND
 EXTERIOR DOORS IS REQUIRED. FBC 107.2.1
  
 5) PRODUCT APPROVALS AND SHOP DRAWINGS FOR THE STORE
 FRONT WINDOWS AND EXTERIOR DOORS ARE REQUIRED TO BE
 SUBMITTED. THIS CAN BE DONE AS A DEFERRED SUBMITAL IF
 YOU WOULD LIKE. FBC 107.3.4.1 & FBC 107.3.4
  
 6) THE CALCULATIONS FOR ALLOWABLE OPENING AREA FOR THE
 NORTH ELEVATION WILL NEED TO BE REVISED BASED ON THE
 CHANGES TO THE WINDOW OPENINGS. THE APPROVED PLANS
 INDICATE THE ALLOWABLE AREA OF OPENINGS IS 25 PERCENT.
 PROVIDE THE CRITERIA THAT WAS USED TO DETERMINE THE 25
 PERCENT. IS THE BUILDING FULLY SPRINKLERED? WHAT IS THE
 DISTANCE FROM THE WALL TO THE CENTER LINE OF THE
 ADJACENT ALLEY? WHAT IS THE REQUIRED FIRE-RESISTANCE
 RATING OF THE EXTERIOR BEARING WALLS, EXTERIOR
 NON-BEARING WALLS AND EXTERIOR PRIMARY EXTERIOR FRAME?

 7) THE PLANS SHOW THAT A PORTION OF THE EXTERIOR GROUND
 FLOOR COVERED AREA AT THE EAST ELEVATION IS BEING
 ENCLOSED TO BECOME PART OF THE CONDITIONED BUILDING
 SPACE. PLEASE INDICATE THE DIMENSIONS AND THE AREA OF
 THIS ADDED SPACE ON THE PLANS. THIS IS REQUIRED TO BE
 REVIEWED BY PALM BEACH COUNTY TO DETERMINE IF ANY
 IMPACT FEES ARE DUE. PLANS REQUIRE REVIEW BY THE PBC
 IMPACT FEE OFFICE. CALL (561) 233-5025. YOU WILL NEED
 TO CHECK OUT ONE PLAN SET AND TAKE IT TO THAT OFFICE
 FOR REVIEW. PLEASE RETURNED STAMPED AND WITH A COPY OF
 THE PAID RECEIPT AS APPLICABLE. PLEASE PROVIDE THE
 MUNICIPAL IMPACT FEE QUESTIONNAIRE FORM TO THE PBC
