| PERCENT. IS THE BUILDING FULLY SPRINKLERED? WHAT IS THE |
| DISTANCE FROM THE WALL TO THE CENTER LINE OF THE |
| ADJACENT ALLEY? WHAT IS THE REQUIRED FIRE-RESISTANCE |

| MUNICIPAL IMPACT FEE QUESTIONNAIRE FORM TO THE PBC |

| CORRECTED PLAN SHEETS INTO THE SETS, REMOVE THE |
| PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED SHEETS AND MARK VOID ON THEM, AND |
| KEEP THEM WITH THE SUBMITTALS. |
