 CODE: FBC 6TH EDITION (2017) AND CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 NOTE: SEC. 801.3 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE.
  
 1- SCOPE OF WORK IS NOT CLEAR. THIS IS A MULTI LEVEL
 BUILDING. ONLY ONE FLOOR LEVEL WAS SUBMITTED. IF THE
 SCOPE OF WORK IS FOR MORE THAN ONE LEVEL, THEN PROVIDE
 FLOOR PLAN FOR EACH LEVEL WHERE WORK IS GOING TO TAKE
 PLACE. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 2- CLEARLY IDENTIFY HOW MANY PARKING SPACES ARE
 PROVIDED ON EACH LEVEL TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 MINIMUM ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES. NOTE: 1 TO 25
 PARKING SPACES REQUIRE AT LEAST 1 ACCESSIBLE SPACE.
 AND, 26 TO 50 PARKING SPACES REQUIRE AT EAST 2
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES. SEC. 801.3 FBC-EXISTING
 BUILDING AND TABLE 208.2 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY.
  
 3- PLANS SUBMITTED NEED TO HAVE THE SEAL AND SIGNATURE
 OF THE ENGINEER SHOWN ON THE TITLE BLOCK AS REQUIRED BY
 CHAPTER 471 F.S. WHEN SUBMITTING DOCUMENTS FOR PUBLIC
 RECORDS.
  
 4- PLANS SUBMITTED ARE TOO SMALL. THEY ARE NOT LEGIBLE.
 PROVIDE LARGER DRAWINGS THAT HAVE THE ACTUAL SCALE
 SHOWN ON PLANS. SEC. 107.2.1 AND SEC. 107.2.1.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
