 PERMIT THAT HANDLES ALL ASSPECTS OF UTILITY
 DISCONNECTS.

 REQUIREMENTS IN R401.2 RESIDENTIAL ENERGY CODE. CHOOSE

 DRAINAGE SHOWS THE STUCTURES TO BE PLACED ON PADS.
 PLEASE ADJUST DRIANAGE PLAN TO ACCOUNT FOR STRUCTURES
 TO BE BUILT ON RAISED PIERS. SHOW HOW WATER WILL BE
 KEPT AWAY FROM THE CRAWL SPACE AND HOW DRAINAGE WORK
 BETWEEN STRUCTURES AS WATER DRAINS THROUGH THE DECK.
  
 6) 408.1 FBC[R] VENTILATION. THE UNDER-FLOOR SPACE
 BETWEEN THE BOTTOM OF THE FLOOR JOISTS AND THE EARTH
 UNDER ANY BUILDING (EXCEPT SPACE OCCUPIED BY A
 BASEMENT) SHALL HAVE VENTILATION OPENINGS THROUGH
 FOUNDATION WALLS OR EXTERIOR WALLS.
 - THERE IS PLENTY OF VENTILATION, BUT TYPICALLY THE
 OPENINGS FOLLOW R408.1 WHERE IT STATES THAT OPENINGS
 ARE TO BE COVERED WITH MATERIAL PROVIDED THAT THE LEAST
 DIMENSION SHALL NOT EXCEED 1/4 INCH.
  
 7) 408.4 FBC[R] ACCESS TO UNDER FLOOR SPACE. ACCESS
 OPENINGS THROUGH THE FLOOR SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 18
 INCHES BY 24 INCHES. OPENINGS THROUGH A PERIMETER WALL
 SHALL BE NOT LESS THAN 16 INCHES BY 24 INCHES.
 - PLEASE INDICATE WHERE ACCESS WILL BE PROVIDED.

 SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH PROTECTION AGAINST RODENTS AT
 GRADE BY PROVIDING EITHER AN APRON IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 SECTION F101.6.1.1 OR A FLOOR SLAB IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 SECTION F101.6.1.2. F101.6.1.1 APRON. WHERE AN APRON IS
 PROVIDED, THE APRON SHALL BE NOT LESS THAN 8 INCHES
 (203 MM) ABOVE, NOR LESS THAN 24 INCHES (610 MM) BELOW,
 GRADE. THE APRON SHALL NOT TERMINATE BELOW THE LOWER

 - THE PROPOSED LATTICE AT THE UNDER FLOOR AREAS WOULD
 CREATE ACCESS FOR CRITTERS TO THE UNDERSIDE OF
 STRUCTURE AND EXPOSED INSULATION. PLEASE REVIEW
 REQUIRMENTS FOR VENTILATION AND APPENDIX F FOR RODENT
 PROOFING.

 FOR PREVENTION OF TERMITES. A WEATHER-RESISTANT
 JOB-SITE POSTING BOARD SHALL BE PROVIDED TO RECEIVE
 DUPLICATE TREATMENT CERTIFICATES AS EACH REQUIRED
 PROTECTIVE TREATMENT IS COMPLETED, PROVIDING A COPY FOR
 THE PERSON THE PERMIT IS ISSUED TO AND ANOTHER COPY FOR
 THE BUILDING PERMIT FILES. THE TREATMENT CERTIFICATE
 SHALL PROVIDE THE PRODUCT USED, IDENTITY OF THE
 APPLICATOR, TIME AND DATE OF THE TREATMENT, SITE
 LOCATION, AREA TREATED, CHEMICAL USED, PERCENT
 CONCENTRATION AND NUMBER OF GALLONS USED, TO ESTABLISH
 A VERIFIABLE RECORD OF PROTECTIVE TREATMENT. IF THE
 SOIL CHEMICAL BARRIER METHOD FOR TERMITE PREVENTION IS
 USED, FINAL EXTERIOR TREATMENT SHALL BE COMPLETED PRIOR
 TO FINAL BUILDING APPROVAL.
