 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THE PERMIT APPLICATION INDICATES THIS PERMIT IS FOR
 INTERIOR DEMO OF DRYWALL FOR NEW ELECTRICAL, INSIDE
 ONLY. THE SCOPE OF WORK SHOWN ON THE PLANS SHEET A-1 IS
 FOR MORE THAN INTERIOR OF DEMO. THE VALUE OF THE WORK
 IS FOR $2,300.00 DOLLARS, WHICH IS INLINE BUT LOW FOR
 THE REMOVAL OF INTERIOR DRYWALL FOR AN 8 UNIT APARTMENT
 BUILDING. PLEASE ALSO NOTE THE INDEX OF DRAWINGS
 INDICATES SHEET A2 TO BE THE DEMO PLAN. THERE IS NO
 SHEET A-2 BUT THERE IS A D-1 WHICH DOES SHOW INTERIOR
 DEMO. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS MORE WORK JUST INTERIOR DEMO
 OF DRYWALL, THE REMOVAL OF THE ENTIRE SERVICE ENCLOSURE
 AND ALL FLOORING IN THE KITCHEN AND BATHROOMS TO EXPOSE
 THE PLUMBING PIPES. IS THIS WORK TO ALSO BE INCLUDED IN
 THE INTERIOR DEMO PERMIT AND THE ASSOCIATED VALUE OF
 WORK FOR 8 APARTMENTS? IF THIS IS PERMIT IS FOR
 INTERIOR DEMO DO NOT ICLUDE SHEET A-1!!!!!!
  
 2017 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATIVE CODE SECTION 107.2.1.2
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 2) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
 COOPERATION.
  
 A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS COULD NOT HAPPEN SINCE
 THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY IN PLANS AND REQUIRED
 DOCUMENTATION. WITH THE NEXT PLAN REVIEW CYCLE THERE
 MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS
 AND INFORMATION LACKING UNDER THE PRIOR REVIEW.
