 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) THE SURVEY DOES NOT SEEM TO BE ABSTRACTED. AN
 ABSTRACTED SURVEY IS REQUIRED TO SHOW ANY EXISTING
 EASEMENTS ON THE PROPERTY.
  
 2.) PROVIDE A SITE PLAN, SHOWING SETBACK DIMENSIONS OF
 ALL PROPOSED STRUCTURES FROM THE PROPERTY LINE. PLEASE
 NOTE THAT A SURVEY SHOWS WHAT IS EXISTING ON THE
 PROPERTY AND A SITE PLAN SHOWS WHAT IS PROPOSED ON THE
 PROPERTY. THE PROPOSED SITE PLAN SHOULD NOT BE DEPICTED
 ON THE SURVEY (I.E. THERE SHOULD BE TWO SEPARATE
 DOCUMENTS).
  
 3.) ALL PROPOSED HARDSCAPES, INCLUDING WALKWAYS, ETC.
 SHALL BE DEPICTED IN THE SITE PLAN.
  
 4.) A/C COMPRESSOR PAD SHALL BE DEPICTED IN THE SITE
 PLAN. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SHALL
 NOT PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FT. INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK.

 5.) SHOW DETAIL OF THE PROPOSED STEPS AT THE FRONT
 ENTRANCE OF THE STRUCTURE. STEPS GREATER THAN 3 FT. IN
 HEIGHT SHALL MEET THE SETBACK REQUIREMENTS FOR THE
 PRIMARY STRUCTURE. [ZLDR S.94-305(B)(7)]
  
 6.) HOW WIDE IS THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY? THE DRIVEWAY
 CANNOT EXCEED 20 FT. IN WIDTH AT THE PROPERTY LINE.

 7.) PER ZLDR S.94-482, 1,000 SQ. FT. OF THE REQUIRED
 FRONT YARD (AREA WITHIN THE FIRST 25 FT. OF THE FRONT
 PROPERTY LINE) SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH LIVING PLANT
 MATERIAL (I.E. GRASS, GROUND COVER, SHRUBS, HEDGES
 VINES OR TREES, ETC.)
  
 8.) PARKING AREAS LOCATED IN THE FRONT YARD SHALL BE
 SURFACED WITH A NON-DUSTING SURFACE. PROVIDE
 INFORMATION ON THE TYPE OF MATERIAL USED FOR THE
 PROPOSED DRIVEWAY.
  
 9.) A MINIMUM OF TWO (2) PARKING SPACES IS REQUIRED ON
 SITE. SINCE THE PROPOSED STRUCTURE DOES NOT ACCOMMODATE
 A GARAGE, THE PLANS MUST DEMONSTRATE THAT THE PROPOSED
 SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE CAN MEET THE MINIMUM PARKING
 REQUIREMENT. [ZLDR S.94-485]
  
 10.) WILL THE EXISTING PERIMETER FENCE ALONG THE
 PROPERTY LINE REMAIN OR WILL IT BE REMOVED?
