| 1) FBC 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. |
| CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN |
| UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE |
| OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE |
| AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT |
| IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND |
| RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS |
| DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. (PROVIDE A |
| COMPLETE SCOPE OF WORK ON THE PLANS.) SUCH DRAWINGS AND |
| SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM |
| OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS, |
| WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE |
| TECHNICAL CODES. SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE SPECIFIC, |
| AND THE TECHNICAL CODES SHALL NOT BE CITED AS A WHOLE |
| OR IN PART, NOR SHALL THE TERM "LEGAL" OR ITS |
| EQUIVALENT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC |
| INFORMATION. ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS |
| AND ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND SIGNATURE |
| OF THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN. |

| 2) FBC 107.2.1.4 QUALITY OF BUILDING PLANS. BUILDING |
| PLANS SHALL BE DRAWN TO A MINIMUM 1/8 INCH SCALE UPON |
| SUBSTANTIAL PAPER, CLOTH OR OTHER ACCEPTABLE MEDIUM. |
| THIS POLICY MAY INCLUDE SUCH THINGS AS MINIMUM SIZE, |
| SHAPE, CONTRAST, CLARITY, OR OTHER ITEMS RELATED TO |
| RECORDS MANAGEMENT. |

| 3) PROVIDE A COPY OF THE SIGNED CONTRACT TO VERIFY THE |
| VALUE OF THE WORK. FBC 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. |
| FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND |
| SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE |
| STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR |
| FINISH, RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN |
| FEES, MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING |
| ONLY LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE |
| LATEST PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST |
| ANALYSIS SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS |
| PUBLISHED BY INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL |
| BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING |
| OFFICIAL. |

| 4) A THOROUGH AND COMPLETE PLAN REVIEW CANNOT BE |
| COMPLETED AT THIS TIME DUE TO LACK OF INFORMATION ON |
| THE SUBMITTED PLANS. ADDITIONAL PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS |
| MAY BE GENERATED WHEN MORE INFORMATION IS PROVIDED. |

| 5) RE-SUBMITTAL PROCEDURE |
| YOU ARE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT A RE-SUBMITTAL FORM TO BE |
| SUBMITTED WITH THE CORRECTED PLANS AND/OR OTHER |
| DOCUMENTS. THE PERMIT CLERK WILL RETRIEVE THE DENIED |
| APPLICATION, PLANS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS FOR YOU. YOU ARE |
| REQUIRED TO REMOVE THE OLD PLAN SHEETS THAT HAVE BEEN |
| CORRECTED AND REPLACE THEM WITH THE NEW ONES. THE CLERK |
| WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A STAPLE REMOVER AND A STAPLER. |
| ONE SET OF THE OLD PLAN SHEETS THAT HAVE BEEN REMOVED |
| SHALL BE MARKED AS VOIDED AND RESUBMITTED ALONG WITH |
| THE TWO (OR MORE) SETS THAT CONTAIN THE CORRECTED |
| SHEETS. IF THERE ARE ANY SHEETS THAT HAVE BEEN STAMPED |
| FOR COUNTY IMPACT FEES, HOA APPROVAL STAMPS OR OTHERS, |
| RESUBMIT THOSE SHEETS. |
| IF ALL OF THE PLAN SHEETS HAVE BEEN CORRECTED, THEN TWO |
| (OR MORE) SETS OF THE NEW PLANS AND ANY OTHER DOCUMENTS |
| SHALL BE SUBMITTED. |
