 NOTE - A COMPREHENSIVE REVIEW COULD NOT BE DONE AT THIS
 TIME AND ADDITIONAL PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS MAY BE
 GENERATED UPON THE RE-REVIEW OF SUBMITTED CORRECTIONS.
  
 1. SUBMIT DOCUMENTATION THAT THE GAS POOL HEATER MEETS
 THE MINIMUM REQUIRED EFFICIENCY AS REQUIRED BY THE 2017
 FBC-ENERGY SEC.R403.10.4. THE POOL HEATER SHALL HAVE A
 MINIMUM THERMAL EFFICIENCY OF 82% PER THE 2017
 FBC-ENERGY SEC. R403.10.4.
  
 2. HEATED SWIMMING POOLS AND INGROUND PERMANENTLY
 INSTALLED SPAS SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH A VAPOR-RETARDANT
 COVER ON OR AT THE WATER SURFACE OR A LIQUID COVER OR
 OTHER MEANS PROVEN TO REDUCE HEAT LOSS. 2017 FBC-
 ENERGY- SEC. R 403.10.3.
  
 3. SUBMIT TWO LEGIBLE COPIES OF THE POOL PUMP CURVE.
 IDENTIFY ON THE PUMP CURVE WHICH CURVE KEY IS SPECIFIC
 TO THE PUMP BEING INSTALLED ON THIS POOL. THIS IS
 NEEDED TO CONFIRM THE MAXIMUM SYSTEM FLOW FROM THE TDH
 CALCULATIONS. ANSI/APSP/ICC 7 - 2013 SECS. 4.4.9,
 4.4.9.1.
  
 4. REDUCED PRESSURE ZONE BACKFLOW (RPZ) REQUIRED AT
 WATER METER WITH PERMIT AND CERTIFIED BY UTILITIES. A
 SECOND PRESSURE VACUUM BACKFLOW (PVB TO BE CERTIFIED BY
 PLUMBING CONTRACTOR) IS REQUIRED ON THE AUTOFILL PER
 THE2017 FBC-PLUMBING SEC.608.1.
  
 5. SUBMIT MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PUMP
 PER THE WPB AMENDMENTS TO FBC SEC. 107.2.1.
  
 6. SUBMIT CLEAR AND LEGIBLE SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
 CARTRIDGE FILTER PER THE WPB AMEND. TO FBC SEC.
 107.2.1.
  
 7. THE CLAIMED VALUE APPEARS TO BE UNDERESTIMATED ON
 THE APPLICATION, PLEASE PROVIDE A BONA FIDE SIGNED
 CONTRACT PER THE WPB AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC SEC. 109.3
 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATIONS.
  
 8. THERE IS NO VALUE LISTED ON THE PLUMBING
 SUB-APPLICATION AND THE OVERALL VALUE IS LOW. WPB
 AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC 109.3 BUILDING PERMITS
 VALUATIONS. IF IN THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL,
 THE CLAIMED VALUATION OF BUILDING, ALTERATION,
 STRUCTURE, ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL OR PLUMBING
 SYSTEMS APPEARS TO BE UNDERESTIMATED ON THE
 APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED UNLESS THE
 APPLICANT CAN SHOW DETAILED, QUANTITY ESTIMATES, AND/OR
 BONA FIDE SIGNED CONTRACTS (EXCLUDING LAND VALUE) TO
 MEET THE APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. FOR
 PERMITTING PURPOSES, THE VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE
 STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR
 FINISH, RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN
 FEES, MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING
 ONLY LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE
 LATEST PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST
 ANALYSIS SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS
 PUBLISHED BY INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL
 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
 REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION, MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
