 THE RESIDENTIAL CODE ONLY APPLIES TO DETACHED ONE AND
 TWO FAMILY DWELLINGS AND TOWNHOUSES NOT MORE THAN THREE
 STORIES ABOVE GRADE PLANE IN HEIGHT PER FBC 101.2. ON
 SHEET A-O NOTES 1,3,5 AND 6 REFERENCE THE WRONG EDITION
 OF THE CODE OR SPECIFY SECTION FROM THE
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. PLEASE CORRECT. THIS PROJECT IS UNDER
 THE 2017 FBC EXISTING BUILDING.

 EXCLUDED FROM THE COST BREAKDOWN THAT WAS SUBMITTED.

 TO BE INCLUDED IN THE COST.
 FBC 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST
 PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
 THE DECLARED VALUE FOR THIS WORK IS LOW. PROVIDE A
 DETAILED COST BREAKDOWN FOR THE WORK. FBC 109.3
  
 7) ON SHEET A-2 THE PROPOSED 2ND FLOOR PLAN SHOWS THAT
 THE DOORS AND WALLS SEPARATING THE ELEVATOR LOBBY FROM
 THE EAST AND WEST CORRIDORS HAVE BEEN REMOVED. THIS
 WILL NO LONGER BE AN ELEVATOR LOBBY IF IT IS OPEN TO
 THE CORRIDORS. THE DEMOLITION PLAN SHEET AND OTHER
 SHEETS INDICATE THAT THE DOORS ARE BEING REPLACED.
