 THIS REVIEW AUDIT IS TO PROVIDE SOME CLARIFICATION OF
 THE REVIEW THAT WAS DONE BY JIM WITMER ON 11/19/2019.
 1) AS JIM NOTED IN HIS REVIEW THIS CAN NOT BE AN R-4
 OCCUPANCY BECAUSE MORE THAN 16 PERSONS RESIDE THERE ON
 A 24 HOUR BASIS. HOWEVER, THERE IS NOT ENOUGH
 INFORMATION PROVIDED TO DETERMINE IF IT IS AN
 INSTITUTIONAL GROUP I-1 OR I-2. THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL
 WILL NEED TO DISCUSS WITH THE OWNERS TO MAKE THAT
 DETERMINATION. THE OCCUPANCY TYPE IS BASED ON WHETHER
 OR NOT THE OCCUPANTS ARE RECEIVING MEDICAL CARE ON A
 24-HOUR BASIS AND IF THEY ARE CAPABLE OF
 SELF-PRESERVATION OR NOT. THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL WILL
 ALSO NEED TO SPECIFY THE CONDITION AS 1 OR 2. SEE FBC
 SECTIONS 308.3 THRU 308.4.1.2
  
 2) SPECIFY THE CURRENT USE OF THE FACILITY AS LICENSED
 BY THE STATE AND INDICATE IF THE USE OF THE FACILITY IS
 GOING TO CHANGE. FBC 107.2.1
  
 3) THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL WILL NEED TO SPECIFY THE
 CONSTRUCTION TYPE AS V-A OR V-B OR OTHER. FBC TABLE 601
  
 4)THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL WILL NEED TO SPECIFY THE
 LEVEL OF FIRE PROTECTION FOR THE BUILDING (ALARMS,
 SPRINKLER SYSTEM, ETC.)
  
 5) ON SHEET A-O NOTES 1,3,5 AND 6 REFERENCE THE WRONG
 EDITION OF THE CODE OR SPECIFY SECTION FROM THE
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. PLEASE CORRECT. THIS PROJECT IS UNDER
 THE 2017 FBC EXISTING BUILDING.
  
 6) THE DECLARED VALUE FOR THIS WORK IS LOW. PROVIDE A
 DETAILED COST BREAKDOWN FOR THE WORK. FBC 109.3
