 OR REAR PROPERTY LINE, EXCEPT FOR THAT PORTION OF THE
 DRIVEWAY ADJOINING THE APRON.
 PURUSANT ZLDR SEC. 94-482(A), REQUIRED PARKING MAY BE
 LOCATED IN A FRONT YARD; HOWEVER, THE LESSER OF 1,000
 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT YARD AREA SHALL
 BE LANDSCAPED WITH LIVING PLANT MATERIAL (SUCH AS
 GRASS, GROUND COVER, SHRUBS, HEDGES, VINES OR TREES).
  
 IF THE RESUBMITTAL IS NOT PREPARED BY A DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL (ARCHITECT OR ENGINEER), AND THE PAGES ARE
 11X17 OR SMALLER, YOU MAY RESUBMIT, ALONG WITH A
 COMPLETED RESUBMITTAL FORM, VIA EMAIL TO
