 AND DUCTS PENETRATING THE WALLS OR CEILINGS SEPARATING
 THE DWELLING FROM THE GARAGE SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED OF A
 MINIMUM NO. 26 GAGE (0.48 MM) SHEET STEEL, 1 INCH (25.4
 MM) MINIMUM RIGID NONMETALLIC CLASS 0 OR CLASS 1 DUCT
 BOARD, OR OTHER APPROVED MATERIAL AND SHALL NOT HAVE
 OPENINGS INTO THE GARAGE.

 4) 107.2.5 FBC[AMENDED] PROVIDE SURVEY OF PROPERTY
 SHOWING EASEMENTS AND DISTANCE FROM PROPERTY LINES TO
 NEW STRUCTURE. SURVEY TO INCLUDE SLAB ELEVATION AND
 SHOW POSITIVE DRAINAGE FROM FOUNDATION.

 5) 107.3.5.3 FBC[AMENDED] PROVIDE SEDIMENT CONTROL TO
 KEEP CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS FROM ENTERING ADJACENT
 PROPERTIES AND STORM DRAINS DURING CONSTRUCTION. YOU
 CAN JUST ADD SILT FENCE DETAIL AND HOW DRAINS ARE
 PROTECTED TO THE DRAINAGE PLAN. SOME ENGINEERING
 STANDARD DETAILS CAN BE USED FROM WPB WEBSITE-POLLUTION

 6) [FBC 107.5][FBC 110.9][FBC R401.3][PROVIDE SITE
 DRAINAGE PLAN. SURFACE DRAINAGE SHALL BE DIVERTED TO A
 STORM SEWER CONVEYANCE OR OTHER APPROVED POINT OF
 COLLECTION THAT DOES NOT CREATE A HAZARD. LOTS SHALL BE
 GRADED TO DRAIN SURFACE WATER AWAY FROM FOUNDATION
 WALLS. THE GRADE SHALL FALL A MINIMUM OF 6 INCHES
 WITHIN THE FIRST 10 FEET. EXCEPTION: WHERE LOT LINES,
 WALLS, SLOPES OR OTHER PHYSICAL BARRIERS PROHIBIT 6
 INCHES OF FALL WITHIN 10 FEET (3048 MM), DRAINS OR
 SWALES SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED TO ENSURE DRAINAGE AWAY
 FROM THE STRUCTURE. IMPERVIOUS SURFACES WITHIN 10 FEET
 OF THE BUILDING FOUNDATION SHALL BE SLOPED A MINIMUM OF
 2 PERCENT AWAY FROM THE BUILDING.
 - PLEASE PROVIDE SITE DRAINAGE PLAN.
  
 7) 110.9 FBC[B]IMPACT OF CONSTRUCTION. ALL CONSTRUCTION
 ACTIVITY REGULATED BY THIS CODE SHALL BE PERFORMED IN A
 MANNER SO AS NOT TO ADVERSELY IMPACT THE CONDITION OF
 ADJACENT PROPERTY, UNLESS SUCH ACTIVITY IS PERMITTED TO
 AFFECT SAID PROPERTY PURSUANT TO A CONSENT GRANTED BY
 THE APPLICABLE PROPERTY OWNER, UNDER TERMS OR
 CONDITIONS AGREEABLE TO THE APPLICABLE PROPERTY OWNER.
 THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, THE CONTROL OF
 DUST, NOISE, WATER OR DRAINAGE RUN-OFFS, DEBRIS, AND
 THE STORAGE OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS. NEW CONSTRUCTION
 ACTIVITY SHALL NOT ADVERSELY IMPACT LEGAL HISTORIC
 SURFACE WATER DRAINAGE FLOWS SERVING ADJACENT
 PROPERTIES, AND MAY REQUIRE SPECIAL DRAINAGE DESIGN
 COMPLYING WITH ENGINEERING STANDARDS TO PRESERVE THE
 POSITIVE DRAINAGE PATTERNS OF THE AFFECTED SITES.
 ACCORDINGLY, DEVELOPERS, CONTRACTORS AND OWNERS OF ALL
 NEW RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT, INCLUDING ADDITIONS,
 POOLS, PATIOS, DRIVEWAYS, DECKS OR SIMILAR ITEMS, ON
 EXISTING PROPERTIES RESULTING IN A SIGNIFICANT DECREASE
 OF PERMEABLE LAND AREA ON ANY PARCEL OR HAS ALTERED THE
 DRAINAGE FLOW ON THE DEVELOPED PROPERTY SHALL, AS A
 PERMIT CONDITION, PROVIDE A PROFESSIONALLY PREPARED
 DRAINAGE PLAN CLEARLY INDICATING COMPLIANCE WITH THIS
 PARAGRAPH. UPON COMPLETION OF THE IMPROVEMENT, A
 CERTIFICATION FROM A LICENSED PROFESSIONAL SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE INSPECTOR IN ORDER TO RECEIVE APPROVAL
 OF THE FINAL INSPECTION.
  
 8) [FBC R309.1]FLOOR SURFACE. GARAGE FLOOR SURFACES
 SHALL BE OF APPROVED NONCOMBUSTIBLE MATERIAL. THE AREA
 OF FLOOR USED FOR PARKING OF AUTOMOBILES OR OTHER
 VEHICLES SHALL BE SLOPED TO FACILITATE THE MOVEMENT OF
 LIQUIDS TO A DRAIN OR TOWARD THE MAIN VEHICLE ENTRY
 DOORWAY.
 - ADD SLOPE TO GARAGE FLOOR.
  
 9) PROVIDE ROOFING PRODUCT APPROVALS, OR INDICATE THAT
 THEY WILL BE DEFERRED UNTIL SUB PERMIT APPLICATION.

 SEPARATE PERMITS REQUIRED FOR-

 INSTALLATION.
 CONSTRUCTION HOURS - 7AM TO 7PM MON-FRI, 8AM TO 8PM
 SAT-SUN
 - NO RESPONSE REQUIRED. THESE WILL BE ADDED TO THE
 PLANS AT FINAL STAMPING.
  
 NOTES:
  
 -PLEASE PROVIDE COMMENT RESPONSE SHEET TO EXPLAIN HOW
 EACH COMMENT IS BEING ADDRESSED.
  
 -WHEN RESUBMITTING, PROVIDE TWO IDENTICAL COLLATED SETS
 OF DOCUMENTS FOR ISSUANCE. OLD SHEETS (BOTH SETS)
 SHOULD BE RETAINED IN THE PACKAGE; PLEASE DO NOT
 DISCARD ANY DOCUMENTS. THEY SHOULD BE BOUND TOGETHER
 SEPARATELY FROM THE TWO ISSUANCE SETS AND MARKED "VOID"
 OR "OLD SHEETS". PLEASE DO NOT STAMP THE PLANS VOID AS
 APPLICANTS ARE INADVERTENTLY STAMPING SHEETS THAT WE
 NEED "VOID", RENDERING THEM NOT USABLE.
