 1- THERE IS A NEW OPENING PROPOSED ON THE EAST WALL FOR
 THE INSTALLATION OF THE A/C WALL UNIT. OPENINGS ARE NOT
 ALLOWED ON THE WALL WHEN THE WALL IS LOCATED LESS THAN
 3 FEET FROM THE PROPERTY LINE. REVISE LOCATION OF THE
 A/C WALL UNIT. TABLE R302.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 RESPONSE:
 REVISED PLANS NOW SHOW TWO NEW OPENINGS ON THE NORTH
 WALL. ONE WINDOW OPENING AND ONE OPENING FOR THE
 PROPOSED A/C UNIT. SAME COMMENT APPLIES TO THIS NEW
 OPENINGS. OPENINGS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THIS WALL EITHER
 BECAUSE IT IS LESS THAN 3 FEET FROM THE PROPERTY LINE.

 CORRECT A CODE VIOLATION SPECIFICALLY AND CONTINUOUSLY
 NOTED IN EACH REJECTION, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
 EGRESS, FIRE PROTECTION, STRUCTURAL STABILITY, ENERGY,
 ACCESSIBILITY, LIGHTING, VENTILATION, ELECTRICAL,
 MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, AND GAS SYSTEMS, OR OTHER
 REQUIREMENTS IDENTIFIED BY RULE OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING
