 COMMENTS
 CODE: FBC 6TH EDITION (2017) AND CITY AMENDMENTS.
 PERMIT #19101506.
  
 NOTE: SEC. 801.3 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.
  
 1- THERE IS A NEW OPENING PROPOSED ON THE EAST WALL FOR
 THE INSTALLATION OF THE A/C WALL UNIT. OPENINGS ARE NOT
 ALLOWED ON THE WALL WHEN THE WALL IS LOCATED LESS THAN
 3 FEET FROM THE PROPERTY LINE. REVISE LOCATION OF THE
 A/C WALL UNIT. TABLE R302.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 2- PROPOSED A/C WALL UNIT DOESN'T HAVE HEATING. NEED TO
 PROVIDE UNIT WITH HEATING AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R303.10
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 3- THIS IS A CHANGE OF USE FROM GARAGE TO LIVABLE
 SPACE. TYPICALLY, GARAGES ARE BUILT WITHOUT A FLOOR
 VAPOR BARRIER. ENGINEER OF RECORD TO PROVIDE
 SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CONCRETE SLAB VAPOR BARRIER AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. R506.2.3 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
 REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
 COOPERATION.
  
 PLEASE, INSERT CORRECTED PAGES INTO THE SUBMITTAL AND
 REMOVE/VOID THE PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED SHEETS. PLEASE
 DON'T STAPLE OLD DRAWINGS/DOCUMENTS. SUBMIT OLD
 DRAWINGS/DOCUMENTS FOR REFERENCE.
