 PROVIDE AN UPDATED SURVEY WITHIN THE PLAN SET. THE
 PROPOSED ENCLOSURE OF THE CARPORT DOES NOT MEET SETBACK
 REQUIREMENTS. PURUSUANT ZLDR SEC. 94-72(A)(2)(D), SIDE
 SETBACK: FIVE FEET MINIMUM, 15 FEET TOTAL. THE TOTAL
 SIDE SETBACK REQUIRMENTS FOR THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE IS
 15 FEET CUMULATIVE FOR EACH SIDE OF THE STRUCTURE. WITH
 THE PROPOSED ENCLOSURE OF THE CARPORT THE PROVIDED SIDE
 SETBACK TOTAL IS 12 FEET.
  
 PLEASE REVISE THE PLANS TO CONFIRM WITH SETBACK
 REQUIREMENTS.
