 1) THE REQUIRED CITYPLACE RETAIL APPROVAL (STAMP ON
 PLANS OR SEPARATE LETTER) IS MISSING.
  
 2) PROVIDE THE FENCE/GATE DETAIL, TO INCLUDE THE
 REQUIRED WINDSCREEN.
  
 3) PROVIDE THE EASEMENT RELEASE FROM BELLSOUTH
 (PROPOSED FENCE CROSSES THEIR EASEMENT) AND THE CITY'S
 WATER UTILITY.
  
 4) THE FENCE LOCATION IS SHOWN IN THE ROSEMARY AVENUE
 AND HIBISCUS STREET RIGHTS-OF-WAY. THE FENCE MAY NOT
 ENCROACH PAST THE PROPERTY LINE.
  
 5) YOU MUST SHOW A PROTECTED PATH FROM THE D GARAGE
 PEDESTRIAN ENTRANCE/EXIT TO THE ALLEY TO THE HIBISCUS
 STREET SIDEWALK THAT SEPARATES PEDESTRIANS FROM THE
 TRAVEL PATH. THE CURRENT FENCE PLAN REQUIRES
 PEDESTRIANS TO WALK IN THE TRAVEL LANE AT THE SOUTH END
 OF THE ALLEY.
  
 6) GRAPHICS OR TEXT ON THE FENCE SCREENING REQUIRES A
 PERMIT PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
  
 7) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CITY HAS STRICT TIME LINES FOR
 THE USE OF CONSTRUCTION FENCES. WITHIN 15 DAYS OF THE
 COMPLETION OF THE DEMOLITION, THE FENCE NEEDS TO BE
 REMOVED AND THE SITE WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE
 VEGETATIVE COVER.
