| 16) FBC 107.3.4.1 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS. FOR THE PURPOSES |
| OF THIS SECTION, DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ARE DEFINED AS |
| THOSE PORTIONS OF THE DESIGN THAT ARE NOT SUBMITTED AT |
| THE TIME OF THE APPLICATION AND THAT ARE TO BE |

| THEM TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITH A NOTATION |
| INDICATING THAT THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE |
| BEEN REVIEWED AND FOUND TO BE IN GENERAL CONFORMANCE TO |
| THE DESIGN OF THE BUILDING. THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL |
| ITEMS SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED UNTIL THE DEFERRED |
| SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY THE BUILDING |
| OFFICIAL. |

| 17) WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A |
| RESPONSE LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE |
| CITY RE-SUBMITTAL FORM. ADDITIONALLY, PLEASE INSERT |
| CORRECTED PLAN SHEETS INTO THE SETS, REMOVE THE |
| PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED SHEETS AND MARK VOID ON THEM, AND |
| KEEP THEM WITH THE SUBMITTALS. ADDITIONAL PLAN REVIEW |
| COMMENTS MAY BE GENERATED WHEN MORE INFORMATION IS |
| PROVIDED. |
