 3.) LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION PLANS HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED
 AS PART OF THIS PERMIT PACKAGE; HOWEVER, SEPARATE
 PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION.
 PLEASE REMOVE THE LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION PLANS FROM
 THE PERMIT SET AND SUBMIT AS SEPARATE PERMITS. ALSO
 NOTE THAT THE LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION PLANS MUST BE
 SIGNED AND SEALED BY A FLORIDA REGISTERED LANDSCAPE

 4.) SITE PLAN AND SURVEY SHOWS THAT THE PARKING AREA
 WILL BE RECONFIGURED AND RESTRIPED. A SEPARATE PERMIT
 FOR THE PARKING LOT RECONFIGURATION AND RESTRIPING IS
 REQUIRED. ALSO NOTE THE FOLLOWING ISSUES WITH THE
 PARKING LOT RECONFIGURATION: A.) STALL STRIPING DETAIL
 SHALL BE CONSISTENT WITH THE CITY'S STANDARDS FOR
 STRIPING. THE PROPOSED LAYOUT DOES NOT SEEM TO CONFORM
 TO THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS. B.) A TWO-WAY DRIVE AISLE
 SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM WIDTH OF 24 FT. AND A ONE-WAY
 DRIVE AISLE SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM WIDTH OF 12 FT. C.)
 WHEEL STOPS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL PARKING STALLS. D.)
 HOW DEEP IS THE T-TURNAROUND? A T-TURNAROUND MUST BE A
 MINIMUM OF 5 FT. DEEP. E.) PARKING STALLS CANNOT BACK
 INTO THE EXISTING ALLEY. THERE MUST BE A MINIMUM DEPTH
 OF 5 FT. ON THE PROPERTY BETWEEN THE END OF THE PARKING
 STALL AND THE PROPERTY LINE.

 IRRIGATION, FENCE WITH GATE AND PARKING AREA
