 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE

 1.) THE PROPERTY IS ZONED OFFICE COMMERCIAL (OC). USES
 WITHIN THE OC ZONING DISTRICT ARE LIMITED. PLEASE
 PROVIDE INFORMATION ON THE PROPOSED USE OF THE SPACE.
  
 2.) AN UPDATED SIGNED AND SEALED SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY
 IS MISSING FROM THE APPLICATION.
  
 3.) THE SITE PLAN (SHEET C-100) MUST ILLUSTRATE SETBACK
 DIMENSIONS FROM ANY NEW STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS TO THE
 PROPERTY LINE; DEFINE THE PARKING AREA AND SITE
 CIRCULATION. NOT ALL EXISTING/PROPOSED ELEMENTS HAVE
 BEEN LISTED IN THE LEGEND. PLEASE ADDRESS.
  
 4.) ELEVATIONS ARE NOT CONSISTENT WITH THE FLOOR PLANS
 (I.E. STRUCTURAL AWNINGS). PLEASE ADDRESS FOR
 CONSISTENCY.
  
 5.) OVERLAP OF TEXT IN THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN (SHEET
 LS-1), WHICH MAKES THE LEGEND DIFFICULT TO READ. PLEASE
 ADDRESS.
  
 6.) THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION FROM PERMITS
 TABULATED FOR THE YEAR ($414,000) EXCEEDS 50% OF THE
 STRUCTURE?S VALUE ($539,637) ACCORDING TO THE P.B.C.
 PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE; THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO
 SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE ON THE SITE SHALL BE
 IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN
 ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. IF THE SITE CONFORMS TO
 ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2) COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN
 DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE SHALL BE INCLUDED WITH THE
 PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE SITE DOES NOT CONFORM TO
 ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS
 PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND IRRIGATION
 PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING MATERIAL TO BRING THE
 SITE INTO CONFORMITY.
