 MARSHAL, WITH THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 A SITE REVIEW WAS CONDUCTED AND FOUND THE FOLLOWING
 WHICH IS NOT ADDRESS NOR INDICATED ON THE SUBMITTED
 PLAN SETS:
  
 ? PER FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY CODE AND THE AMERICANS WITH
 DISABILITIES ACT (ADA) ALL FACILITIES SHALL BE
 ACCESSIBLE TO PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES. THE FLOOR OF
 THE BUILDING IS UNEVEN WITH SEVERAL AREAS OF DIFFERENT
 TYPES OF FLOORING MATERIALS. THE NORTH ROOM OF THE
 BUILDING HAS AREAS THAT ARE FILLED IN WITH PLYWOOD,
 SOME AREAS THAT ARE BARE CONCRETE AND OTHERS HAVE
 REMNANTS OF MUD SET TILE FLOORING. THERE ARE NUMEROUS
 TRIPPING HAZARDS AND THE FLOOR WILL NEED AN EXTENSIVE
 AMOUNT OF WORK IN ORDER TO MEET FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY
 REQUIREMENTS FOR AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE. THE SOUTH PORTION
 OF THE BUILDING APPEARS TO BE A NEWER ADDITION AND THE
 FLOOR ELEVATION IS APPROXIMATELY 6 TO 8 INCHES HIGHER
 THAN THE OLDER NORTH PART. THIS CHANGE IN ELEVATION
 WOULD REQUIRE ACCESSIBLE RAMPS.
 ? METAL SHORING JACKS. THE ROOF AND CEILING OF THE
 FRONT ROOM ARE WOOD FRAME AND THE LARGE WOODEN BEAM
 THAT RUNS DOWN THE CENTER OF THE NORTH ROOM IS SHORED
 UP WITH METAL SHORING JACKS THIS BEAM HAS EXTENSIVE
 TERMITE DAMAGE IN SOME AREAS. SOME OF THE CEILING
 JOISTS ALSO HAVE VISIBLE TERMITE DAMAGE. THE PROPOSED
 USE OF THE SPACE WITH LOW LIGHT LEVELS, STROBE LIGHTS,
 AND DISORIENTING SOUNDS, MAY CAUSE PATRONS TO IMPACT
 THE SHORING AND POTENTIALLY CAUSE LATERAL MOVEMENT OF
 THE SHORING AND REMOVAL OF SUPPORT FOR THE WOODEN BEAM.
 ? FLAME RETARDANT TREATMENT OF CURTAINS. FLAME
 RETARDANT TREATMENT CERTIFICATE FOR THE CURTAIN FABRIC
 MUST BE PROVIDED TO SHOW THAT THE SPREAD OF FLAME WILL
 NOT POSE UNACCEPTABLE RISK TO OCCUPANTS AS THEY LEAVE
 THE BUILDING IN AN EMERGENCY. THIS IS THE SAME
 REQUIREMENT THAT APPLIES TO TENTS.
 ? PLYWOOD PANEL WALLS ATTACHMENT TO CEILING JOISTS. WE
 COULD NOT DETERMINE HOW THE 2X4S THAT SUPPORT THE
 PLYWOOD PANEL WALLS ARE ATTACHED TO THE CEILING JOISTS.
 WE WERE ABLE TO MOVE ONE OF THE WALLS BY PUSHING ON IT
 WITH VERY LITTLE FORCE. THE PROPOSED USE OF THE SPACE
 WITH LOW LIGHT LEVELS, STROBE LIGHTS, AND DISORIENTING
 SOUNDS, MAY CAUSE PATRONS TO IMPACT THE PLYWOOD WALL
 PANELS AND POTENTIALLY DETACH THEM FROM THE CEILING
 JOISTS AND CAUSE THE WALL PANELS TO FALL. ALSO, THE
 CEILING JOISTS WERE NOT INTENDED TO CARRY THE TORQUE
 (TWISTING) FORCE OF A 12 FOOT LONG LEVER WITH A PERSON
 RUNNING INTO IT.
 ? IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY THE LIGHTING MUST TURN
 ON AND PROVIDE SUFFICIENT LIGHTING LEVELS FOR SAFE
 EGRESS. THERE ARE ONLY TWO EXISTING FOUR FOOT
 FLORESCENT LIGHTING FIXTURES IN THE NORTH ROOM. THEY DO
 NOT PROVIDE ADEQUATE LIGHTING FOR THAT AREA.
 ? EACH EXIT SHALL BE MARKED BY ILLUMINATED EXIT SIGNS.
 THE EXIT LIGHTS ARE NOT FUNCTIONING AT THIS TIME. SOME
 WERE JUST HANGING BY THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTION.
 ? STORED MATERIALS. THERE ARE SOME MATERIALS STORED IN
 THE SOUTH ROOM OF THE BUILDING THAT IS BLOCKING ONE OF
 THE EXITS AND EXIT PATHS.
 ? CONSTRUCTION SITE. THE BUILDING APPEARS TO BE A
 CONSTRUCTION SITE RATHER THAN A SHELL BUILDING READY
 FOR OCCUPANCY.
 ? PLAN REVIEW. PLEASE ADDRESS ALL PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS

 ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY:
  
 3.3.29.10* SPECIAL AMUSEMENT BUILDING. A BUILDING THAT
 IS
 TEMPORARY, PERMANENT, OR MOBILE AND CONTAINS A DEVICE
 OR
 SYSTEM THAT CONVEYS PASSENGERS OR PROVIDES A WALKWAY
 ALONG,
 AROUND, OR OVER A COURSE IN ANY DIRECTION AS A FORM OF
 AMUSEMENT ARRANGED SO THAT THE EGRESS PATH IS NOT
 READILY
 APPARENT DUE TO VISUAL OR AUDIO DISTRACTIONS OR AN
 INTENTIONALLY
 CONFOUNDED EGRESS PATH, OR IS NOT READILY AVAILABLE DUE
 TO THE
 MODE OF CONVEYANCE THROUGH THE BUILDING OR STRUCTURE.

 FOR A
 GATHERING OF 50 OR MORE PERSONS FOR DELIBERATION,

 ENTERTAINMENT, EATING, DRINKING, AMUSEMENT, AWAITING
 TRANSPORTATION, OR SIMILAR USES; OR (2) USED AS A
 SPECIAL
 AMUSEMENT BUILDING, REGARDLESS OF OCCUPANT LOAD.

 20.1.4.6 ILLUMINATION. ACTUATION OF THE AUTOMATIC
 SPRINKLER SYSTEM,
 OR ANY OTHER SUPPRESSION SYSTEM, OR ACTUATION OF A

 SYSTEM HAVING AN APPROVED VERIFICATION OR CROSS-ZONING
