 1. 501 FBC[EXISTING] LEVEL OF ALTERATION FOR WORK BEING
 PERFORMED.
 - PLEASE CHANGE TO LEVEL 3 ALTERATION. SINCE THE WORK
 AREA IS OVER 50% OF THE BUILDING AREA.
  
 2. 320.1 FBC[R] ALL NEW SINGLE-FAMILY HOUSES, DUPLEXES,
 TRIPLEXES, CONDOMINIUMS AND TOWNHOUSES SHALL PROVIDE AT
 LEAST ONE BATHROOM, LOCATED WITH MAXIMUM POSSIBLE
 PRIVACY, WHERE BATHROOMS ARE PROVIDED ON HABITABLE
 GRADE LEVELS, WITH A DOOR THAT HAS A 29-INCH CLEAR
 OPENING. HOWEVER, IF ONLY A TOILET ROOM IS PROVIDED AT
 GRADE LEVEL, SUCH TOILET ROOMS SHALL HAVE A CLEAR
 OPENING OF NOT LESS THAN 29 INCHES.
 - WHAT IS THE WIDTH OF CLEAR OPENING AT BATHROOM DOORS?
 WILL ONE OF THEM PROVIDE MINIMUM OF 29 INCHES?
  
 3. 311.2 FBC[R] NOT LESS THAN ONE EGRESS DOOR SHALL BE
 PROVIDED FOR EACH DWELLING UNIT. THE EGRESS DOOR SHALL
 BE SIDE-HINGED, AND SHALL PROVIDE A CLEAR WIDTH OF NOT
 LESS THAN 32 INCHES WHERE MEASURED BETWEEN THE FACE OF
 THE DOOR AND THE STOP, WITH THE DOOR OPEN 90 DEGREES
 (1.57 RAD). THE CLEAR HEIGHT OF THE DOOR OPENING SHALL
 BE NOT LESS THAN 78 INCHES IN HEIGHT MEASURED FROM THE
 TOP OF THE THRESHOLD TO THE BOTTOM OF THE STOP. OTHER
 DOORS SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THESE
 MINIMUM DIMENSIONS. EGRESS DOORS SHALL BE READILY
 OPENABLE FROM INSIDE THE DWELLING WITHOUT THE USE OF A
 KEY OR SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE OR EFFORT.
  
 4. 311.3 FBC[R] FLOORS AND LANDINGS AT EXTERIOR DOORS.
 THERE SHALL BE A LANDING OR FLOOR ON EACH SIDE OF EACH
 EXTERIOR DOOR. THE WIDTH OF EACH LANDING SHALL BE NOT
 LESS THAN THE DOOR SERVED. EVERY LANDING SHALL HAVE A
 DIMENSION OF NOT LESS THAN 36 INCHES (914 MM) MEASURED
 IN THE DIRECTION OF TRAVEL. THE SLOPE AT EXTERIOR
 LANDINGS SHALL NOT EXCEED 1/4 UNIT VERTICAL IN 12 UNITS
 HORIZONTAL (2 PERCENT).
 - PROVIDE LANDING AT EXTERIOR SIDE OF DOOR IF GREATER
 THAN 2 RISERS PROVIDED.
  
 5. 408.1 FBC[R] PROVIDE VENTING CALCULATIONS FOR UNDER
 FLOOR SPACE, OR FOLLOW REQUIREMENTS FOR UNVENTED.
 - IS THE UNDER FLOOR SPACE VENTED OR UNVENTED? IF
 UNVENTED SEE SECTION R408.3 UNVENTED CRAWL SPACE.
  
 6. 408.4 FBC[R] PROVIDE ACCESS TO THE UNDER FLOOR SPACE
 18X24 MINIMUM.
 - THIS IS REQUIRED FOR VENTED OR UNVENTED.
  
 7. 806 FBC[R] SUPPLY VENTING CALCULATIONS FOR THE ATTIC
 AND HOW THE AREA OF VENTING WILL BE ACHIEVED, OR FOLLOW
 R806.5 FOR UNVENTED.
 - IS THE ATTIC TO BE VENTED OR UNVENTED?
  
 8. 806.5 FBC[R] UNVENTED ATTIC AND UNVENTED ENCLOSED
 RAFTER ASSEMBLIES. 5.1.2. WHERE AIR-PERMEABLE
 INSULATION IS PROVIDED INSIDE THE BUILDING THERMAL
 ENVELOPE, IT SHALL BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 SECTION 5.1.1. IN ADDITION TO THE AIR-PERMEABLE
 INSULATION INSTALLED DIRECTLY BELOW THE STRUCTURAL
 SHEATHING, RIGID BOARD OR SHEET INSULATION SHALL BE
 INSTALLED DIRECTLY ABOVE THE STRUCTURAL ROOF SHEATHING
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE R-VALUES IN TABLE R806.5 FOR
 CONDENSATION CONTROL.
 - IF UNVENTED PLEASE REVIEW THIS SECTION FOR AIR
 PERMEABLE INSULATION AT ROOF DECK.
  
 9. [RAS 117]PROVIDE ENGINEERING FOR ENHANCED NAILING AS
 STATED IN PRODUCT APPROVAL UNDER GENERAL LIMITATIONS
 #7.
 - THE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR FLAT ROOFING REQUIRES
 ENGINEERING FOR ENHANCED NAILING OF ZONES 2 AND 3.
 ALSO, SELECT FASTENING OPTION TO BE USED FROM SHEET 51
 OR 52.

 APPLICANTS ARE INADVERTENTLY STAMPING SHEETS THAT WE
 NEED "VOID", RENDERING THEM NOT USABLE.
