 CONFLICTS/DELAYS.
  
 A)FORM R405-2020 SUBMITTED IS THE WRONG FORM. THIS
 PROJECT IS REVIEWED UNDER THE 2017 CODE. PROVIDE
 CORRECT FORM R405-2017 AS DONE ON PREVIOUS SUBMITTAL.
  
 B) THE BUILDING'S OWNER, THE OWNER'S ARCHITECT, OR
 OTHER AUTHORIZED AGENT LEGALLY DESIGNATED BY THE OWNER
 SHALL CERTIFY AT THE OWNER/AGENT LINE AT THE BOTTOM OF
 FORM THAT THE BUILDING IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE CODE,
 AS PER SECTION 553.907, FLORIDA STATUTES, PRIOR TO
 RECEIVING THE PERMIT TO BEGIN CONSTRUCTION OR
 RENOVATION AS REQUIRED BY SECTION R101.5.1.1.2

 NOTE: IF THE SELECTED ASSEMBLY DOESN'T MEET THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES FOR ALL ROOF ZONES, THEN SIGNED AND SEALED
 RAS 117 CALCULATIONS ARE REQUIRED.
  
 8- ARCHITECT OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS (NOTE:
 INCLUDING THE ONES ALREADY SUBMITTED) AS REQUIRED BY
 SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 9- FLOOR PLANS AND ELEVATIONS STATE THAT THE NEW STAIRS
 TO THE SECOND FLOOR ARE TO BE DONE BY OTHERS. DESIGNER
 OF RECORD NEEDS TO PROVIDE THE DETAILS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE STAIRS.
 ALSO, DESIGNER OF RECORD NEEDS TO PROVIDE THE DETAILS
 AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
 HANDRAILS AND GUARDRAILS AS REQUIRED BY TABLE R301.5,
 SEC. R311.7.8 AND SEC. R312.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 NOTE: SUBSEQUENT HANDRAIL/GUARDRAIL SHOP DRAWINGS ARE
 TO CONFIRM THAT DESIGN DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS ARE
 MET.
  
 10- ORIGINAL STAIRWAY WAS LOCATED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE
 BUILDING. NEW STAIRWAY IS LOCATED ON THE EXTERIOR SIDE
 OF THE BUILDING. ARCHITECT OF RECORD NEEDS TO SHOW HOW
 THE SECOND FLOOR WAS AFFECTED TO ALLOW THE NEW
 STAIRWAY. SHOW ALL REQUIRED CONSTRUCTION TO ALLOW NEW
 STAIRWAY TO SERVE THE SECOND FLOOR ENTRY TO THE
 APARTMENT. SHOW ALL EXTERIOR CONSTRUCTION SHOWN ON THE
 WEST ELEVATION. ON SHEET 2.1. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. THIS WAS REMOVED TO ALLOW FOR FIRST FLOOR
 BEDROOM RECONSTRUCTION.
  
 11- ROOF FRAMING PLAN AND TYPICAL WALL SECTION DON'T
 SPECIFY THE CONNECTION OF THE 2X12 ROOF JOIST. SPECIFY
 CONNECTOR. SEC. R301.2.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 12- TYPICAL WALL SECTION ON SHEET 3.1:
 A) SPECIFY CEILING INSULATION. SEC. R103.2.1 FBC-ENERGY
 CONSERVATION.
  
 B)SPECIFIED VENT 6"X26" SCREEN VENT AT 6'-0" DOESN'T
 PROVIDE CROSS VENTILATION. THIS IS A FLAT ROOF. REVISE
 AS REQUIRED. SEC. R806 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
 REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
