 THIS IS A FLAT ROOF WITH SOLID 2X12 ROOF JOISTS.
 TYPICALLY, A CONTINUOUS VENT IS INSTALLED IN THIS TYPE
 OF ROOFS. REVISE AS REQUIRED. SPECIFY VENT TYPE AND
 SIZE THAT WILL PROVIDE REQUIRED CROSS VENTILATION.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
 REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
