 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) UPDATED SIGNED AND SEALED SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY
 MISSING FROM THE APPLICATION. PLEASE PROVIDE.
  
 2.) SCOPE OF WORK SPECIFIES "FULL RENOVATION," BUT IT
 DOES NOT SPECIFY WHICH BUILDING ON THE PROPERTY IS
 SUBJECT TO THE SCOPE OF WORK.
  
 3.) PROJECT LOCATION MAP IS MISSING ON SHEET C.1
  
 4.) PROVIDE A SITE PLAN SHOWING ALL EXISTING AND
 PROPOSED (I.E. NEW A/C UNIT) STRUCTURES ON THE
 PROPERTY. PLEASE NOTE THAT SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM ALL
 PROPOSED NEW STRUCTURES SHALL ALSO BE PROVIDED IN THE
 SITE PLAN.
  
 5.) DISCREPANCIES DETECTED IN THE BUILDING
 CALCULATIONS. THE PROJECT DATA ON SHEET 1.1 INDICATES
 THAT THERE IS A COVERED PATIO, BUT IT IS NOT
 ILLUSTRATED IN THE FLOOR PLAN. ARE THERE ANY PROPOSED
 CHANGES? PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 6.) THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION ($60,000) EXCEEDS 50%
 OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE ($106,046) ACCORDING TO THE
 P.B.C. PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE; THEREFORE, PURSUANT
 TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE ON THE
 SITE SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE
 REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. IF THE
 SITE CONFORMS TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2) COPIES OF A
 LANDSCAPE PLAN DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE SHALL BE
 INCLUDED WITH THE PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE SITE DOES
 NOT CONFORM TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE ZONING
 APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND
 IRRIGATION PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING MATERIAL
 TO BRING THE SITE INTO CONFORMITY.
