 DETERMINED. VALUE SHOULD INCLUDE DESIGN COSTS,
 DEMOLITION AND ALL REMODEL WORK THAT IS INCLUDED IN
 THIS PERMIT.
  
 2) 402.2 FBC[A]PLEASE SHOW ACCESSIBLE ROUTE FROM THE
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACE TO THE ENTRY BEING SERVED.

 PLEASE PROVIDE FURTHER BREAKDOWN OF EXTISTING VS
 PROPOSED. THIS WILL NEED PALM BEACH COUNTY IMPACT
 REVIEW FOR CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY AND THEY WILL NOT HAVE
 ENOUGH DATA TO DETERMINE CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY. STATE
 EXISTING USE, SQ. FOOTAGE EACH FLOOR AND PROPOSED USE
 AND SQ. FOOTAGE EACH FLOOR.

 PER TABLE 601 NOTE(A).

 CALLOUTS AND ADD DETAILS/SECTIONS TO MATCH.
 ALSO, PROVIDE STAGE DETAILS AND MATERIALS IN THE
 DETAILS/SECTIONS.
  
 7) 201.1.1 FBC[A]STAGE ACCESSIBILITY. WILL THE STAGE
 HAVE AN ACCESSIBLE RAMP? I DO NOT SEE EXEMPTION FOR
 ACCESS TO THE STAGE.
