 JOHNSON RITA) IT WAS DETERMINED THAT WORK WAS DONE BY
 PREVIOUS OWNER WITHOUT PERMITS. CURRENT OWNER PURCHASED
 THE HOUSE ON APRIL 2012. THEREFORE, THIS WORK DOESN'T
 COUNT FOR THE FIVE YEAR PERIOD TO BE CONSIDERED BY CITY
 ORDINANCE TO DETERMINE IF THIS WORK WOULD BE CONSIDERED
 "SUBSTANTIAL IMPROVEMENT". FUTURE WORK WILL BE
 CONSIDERED TO DETERMINE IF THE SUBSTANTIAL IMPROVEMENT
