 2) 501 GENERAL AREA.
 THE SQ. FOOTAGE VARIES FROM PAPA AT 9792, SHEET ALS1.1
 AT 9140 AND ENERGY CALCS AT 10,979. PLEASE GIVE AN
 OVERALL SQ. FOOTAGE FOR AREA CALCULATION. THE AREA SQ.
 FOOTAGE CAN EXCLUDE THE MEZZANINE IF IT MEETS THE
 REQUIREMENTS (SEE COMMENTS 4 AND 5). THE LIFE SAFETY
 OCCUPANCY SQ. FOOTAGE CAN REMAIN AS SHOWN ON SHEET
 ALS1.1.
 ADJUST SQ. FOOTAGE ON ENERGY CALCS IF APPLICABLE.
 ALSO, THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS INCLUDE NO INPUT DATA FOR
 FLOORS, WALLS, WINDOWS, DOORS, SKYLIGHTS AND ROOF. I
 HAVE NO DATA FOR INSULATION ON ROOF OR WALLS. PLEASE
 PROVIDE DATA FOR BUILDING ENVELOPE.
  
 3) TABLE 506.2 ALLOWS 9000 SQ. FT. FOR OCCUPANCY B TYPE
 V-B CONSTRUCTION. IT APPEARS THAT YOU WOULD LIKE THE
 MEZZANINE TO NOT COUNT TOWARDS THAT SQUARE FOOTAGE
 LIMIT, SO PLEASE SHOW DETAILS THAT THE MEZZANINE MEETS
 ALL CRITERIA FOR A MEZZANINE.
  
 4) 505.2 MEZZANINES. A MEZZANINE OR MEZZANINES IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 505.2 SHALL BE CONSIDERED A
 PORTION OF THE STORY BELOW. SUCH MEZZANINES SHALL NOT
 CONTRIBUTE TO EITHER THE BUILDING AREA OR NUMBER OF
 STORIES AS REGULATED BY SECTION 503.1. THE AREA OF THE
 MEZZANINE SHALL BE INCLUDED IN DETERMINING THE FIRE
 AREA. THE CLEAR HEIGHT ABOVE AND BELOW THE MEZZANINE
 FLOOR CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE NOT LESS THAN 7 FEET (2134
 MM).
 -WHAT IS THE CEILING HEIGHT IN MEZZANINE AREA?
  
 5) 505.2.3 OPENNESS. A MEZZANINE SHALL BE OPEN AND
 UNOBSTRUCTED TO THE ROOM IN WHICH SUCH MEZZANINE IS
 LOCATED EXCEPT FOR WALLS NOT MORE THAN 42 INCHES (1067
 MM) IN HEIGHT, COLUMNS AND POSTS.
 -IS THE MEZZANINE OPEN TO THE AREA THAT IT SERVES?
 PLEASE SHOW DETAILS OF WHAT THE INTERIOR WALL CONSISTS
 OF ON THE MEZZANINE LEVEL. I SEE A DETAIL FOR MEZZANINE
 RAILING ON A3.1.2, BUT I DON?T SEE IT CALLED OUT ON
 PLANS.

 PLANS AT FINAL STAMPING.
